The front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly. Two thumbs up. The carpet in the hallways was a bit old and hard to keep it pristine under the hot and moist climate. But once you were in the room it was another story. Beds were nice and soft and clean and bathroom was clean and tidy. Breakfast was buffet style and good. The hotel is not too far from the Old Street area. However you still need to call Didi and it costs you little. The last point is the hotel price was very inexpensive. It gives you a very good value for your money. So if you are looking for a good hotel to sleep with budget in mind, this is the one. There are restaurants near the hotel. I will book this hotel again if I am in the area. Thank you to the front desk staffs.

We had to drag our luggages from the main road through the old street to the B&B without any help offered by the staff. And after check out, we had to ask for the staff to use a small trolley to help move our luggages to the main road, which demonstrated a lack of initiative from the staff in providing good service. Did not feel particularly warmly welcomed by the staff. Location-wise, it is good as it is right in the middle of the old street, very near to the river street and Laiyang old street. Breakfast was also so-so only. When I asked for fried egg, I was plainly told head boiled eggs are available.

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須好好誇一誇！酒店整體環境乾淨整潔又安靜，公共區域打理得井井有條，一進來就覺得很舒心。房間衞生做得特別到位，角落都乾乾淨淨，床品整潔柔軟，洗漱用品擺放整齊，完全沒有異味，讓人住着特別安心。

房間寬敞，設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，環境優美，服務員太度好，酒店位置好，出行方便，離高鐵站，長途汽車站近步行十分鐘左右。

W pobliżu znajdują się mini markety, w których można zaopatrzyć się w przekąski, inne produkty spożywcze i napoje. Dojazd autobusem do Huangshan zajmuje około 30 minut. Czystość = Doskonała. Wszystko jest w porządku. Hotel posiada inteligentny system, który otwiera i zamyka zasłony jednym dotknięciem przycisku. Pokoje są przestronne i wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, jest na miejscu, i ani razu nie musieliśmy dzwonić do recepcji. Obsługa = Doskonała. Jest bardzo gościnny menedżer, który udzielił nam wielu informacji na temat jedzenia, pogody i przygotowań do wycieczki do Huangshan. Jest również agent turystyczny, który pomógł nam zorganizować transport do i z Huangshan, który również jest bardzo pomocny i cierpliwy. Udogodnienia = Doskonałe. Bezpłatna pralnia z suszarką. Dostępny jest masaż, na wypadek gdybyś potrzebował go po wędrówce do Huangshan. Jedzenie w restauracji jest smaczne i w rozsądnej cenie. Personel był bardzo pomocny, pomagając nam zarezerwować transport do Tunxi i z powrotem. Było nas pięcioro, więc jeśli skorzystalibyśmy z taksówki, musielibyśmy zarezerwować dwie osoby, ale zasugerowali i pomogli nam znaleźć siedmioosobową. Bardzo podobał nam się pobyt tutaj.

this is a very high standard hotel. great service from the ladies at the front desk and great amenities with thick towels. room is comfortable and very convenient. located right by busy intersection with lots of shops and eateries nearby. pedestrian street just few min walk. I love the location. the lobby is on 6th floor and there is someone there 24 hours which is very nice. you can walk to many places nearby amd spend whole day walking around hotel looking at shops and eating there. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Pokój był słabo wygłuszony, co jest typowe dla hoteli w dzielnicach turystycznych. Nie jedzcie w restauracji Chongqing z makaronem, po lewej stronie od wyjścia z hotelu. Makaron pomidorowy z jajkiem zawierał pomidory i jajka z poprzedniego dnia, a restauracja nawet nie zadała sobie trudu, żeby go podgrzać. Kiedy podawali miskę makaronu, pomidory i jajka były nadal lodowato zimne!

The overall atmosphere is excellent, there is no stiffness of the hotel, and it is more the warmth of home. The bathroom supplies are complete, the hot water is sufficient, the bed is very comfortable, and the public area is clean and elegant. The surrounding environment is quiet, you can take a walk in your leisure time, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, the fatigue of the journey will be resolved at once, and you will book next time. The housekeeper is super nice.

Im okay with the hotel however they cant provide another room with good heater. It was chilly in my room, heater is not functioning well. I did not complete my 3 nights stay, after a day, i moved to another hotel, i requested to move to another room but they said No, however I found from this platform that there are available during that time.

I strongly recommend this very good value hotel. Sparling clean, spacious & comfortable room with an amazing view of the city & distant hills A long small sofa to relax. Another chair & a table for writing. Pleasing & elegant design of the room with a lot of storage place Excellent location with a large scale supermarket downstairs. However, the room is peaceful & quiet. Bus stops to both the local train station & the high speed train as well as a long distance bus terminal (#21, one yuan only) are next to the hotel Free substantial breakfast buffet & afternoon tea with snacks are provided. Free washing & drying machines for guests.
