Search 兰州手工牛肉面 on Tencent Maps • Convenience store beside the hotel for snacks and water • Walkable from Shangzhi Station with many nearby food vendors • Luggage storage available • Food delivery allowed directly to the room door • Taobao and Pinduoduo parcels accepted by the hotel • Lobby staff are consistently friendly, smiling, and welcoming • Housekeeping staff are hardworking and attentive Cons • Cigarette smoking issue. Smoke entered the room through the bathroom exhaust fan at night • Cigarette smell present on the 3rd-floor hallway despite a non-smoking policy • Hotel is labeled non-smoking but an ashtray was placed in the room • Street outside is dirty and the hotel entrance is hard to find without checking reviews in advance

**Translation:** Check-in was quick, especially considering the typically lengthy and thorough document verification process for foreigners in China. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

Very clean and service is great. Basic hotel amenities all there. Out of the hotel to your left, 10 mins walk you will reach St Sophia Cathedral and in front of the cathedral you find Manhattan hotel where you will find the underground shop that sells all winter products at a very low or reasonable price.( beside lucking coffee). Out from the hotel on your right, 5 mins walk you see Zhongyang Street. Another 5 to 10 mins walk , you meet the famous small muslim restaurant. They sell fried rice, pull noodles, chicken curry, beef skewers and other chinese halal cuisine. Most muslim tourists will frequent this restaurant. A great hotel to stay indeed.

Requested for non smoking room but the room filled with cigarette smell and switched on the ventilation made it even worst. The hotel should consider to enforce the rules for those non smoking rooms. Additionally only one lift serves for all levels, really makes no sense. Blessed that the receptionist was being helpful ( 吴元宝，I hope I got it correctly) to change the room once there’s available. Else would be “******” by the cigarette smell.

Location is at central street which is extremely conveniet for shopping, sight-seeing and dinning. It is just 1 street across a charming russian restaurant which serve flavourful vegetable soup and hearty meat dishes. Room is family type for 3 persons and with dry and wet shower and bath. Served simple breakfast and supper.

super clean and staff very friendly, I love the breakfast ,many varieties which all my favourite ,thanks again and hope will stay again when next visit.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, very close to Zhongyang Street and easy to get around. Amenities are generally good, but the room does not have a refrigerator or a dryer, which would be a nice addition. Other than that, everything was great and met our expectations. Overall, a comfortable stay and highly recommended.

The room is very spacious, the natural environment of this piece is very good, but when we came, it may be off-season, just renovated, some facilities are not perfect, eating is not very convenient, but it is very close to the scenic spot, the surrounding environment is very good, the boss is also very enthusiastic, the boss sent breakfast is delicious

New have chosen a room with no window because of its price. Turned out we really have to choose the ones with windows. Everything else is good with clean rooms, good bed and wifi. Didn’t try the breakfast cos the street market is 5-min walk outside the hotel. Lots of hotels around tho. Great competition. This hotel is ok for the price and location.

I was disappointed with my stay here despite paying for close to 600rmb per night (5 nights). Our towels were torned and badly damaged (literally 70% ruined) , the bathroom has a very bad foul smell throughout our stay. Despite changing a new room, the towels given to us again were torned once more. Truly believe that this is not a hotel standard to treat your paying guests something spoiled/broken or damaged. Restaurant server was rude and fierce to us when we asked for plain water. Harbin being the top travel destination yet you guys ruined the accommodation standards.
