Perfect for a place to stay at near Gatwick area. Very close to bus station and about 10-15mins away from the airport. The room is spacious and clean. Just remember to check the message for the door code bec at night there hardly is any reception and is self-serving.

Pokój był bezpłatny, wygodny i niespodzianka cicho, biorąc pod uwagę, jak blisko hotel jest do terminala. Łóżko było super wygodne, i naprawdę doceniłem przemyślane dotyki, takie jak potężny prysznic, wielkie oświetlenie, i wiele punktów ładowania. Składający się śniadanie było doskonałe too wiele wyborów, świeże jedzenie i świetna kawa, aby rozpocząć dzień przed moim lotem. Mimo że był hotelem lotniskowym, czuł się spokojny i relaksujący, co uczyniło wszystko różnicą. Nie waham się tu znów zostać. Top-notch usługa, komfort i wygoda Hampton przez Hilton Gatwick naprawdę ustawia standard dla hoteli lotniskowych!

Lovely hotel! Would definitely stay again. On the same street as all the shops. The staff are incredibly friendly. Room service is excellent. My son was poorly so ordered a lot to our room and came within 20 mins. Room was spotless. Cannot fault.

We had a good time there. Clean, service was decent and Sainsbury’s is opposite to the hotel.

I stayed in the Travelodge in Egham as it was close to the airport where I was taking my first ever flying lesson. The hotel was very comfortable in an ideal location. Ayshe on reception was very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast should have been served until 10 am. We got into the restaurant 9.15 and there was hardly anything left, One spoonful of scrambled egg which I had to gather from around the pan for my husband - none for me, no bacon, no sausage, no hash brown or tomato. They did have beans!! Having asked and waited, we got a bit of bacon and some sausages that were so hard we could hardly cut them!! Then , at 10am they asked us to leave the room because they had to get it ready for something else. Our bedroom was ok but there was a skylight in the roof and the sun came flooding in just after 4 am so I didn’t sleep. Waste of time having black out curtains at the window when you don’t cover the skylight. The teaspoons on the dressing table had not been washed. The shower was nice but the water came out all over the floor - our friends had the same in their room. All in all not a good experience and I wouldn’t stay there again. I did mention all of this to the reception guy but he just smiled at me. Not sure if he spoke English!

I stayed in room 3 on the ground floor and I thought the experience as a whole was alright, gets the job done if that’s all you need. There were some things I thought were a bit strange however. The shower was the main thing, it was stuck on full power which was crazy fast. It also didn’t stay in place because it was so powerful and kept turning into the wall. When I had pointed it facing out, it would point to the window (which was in the shower) and begin to fill up the window sill. Additionally, the sliding door had broken and it was replaced with a flimsy shower curtain which Barry managed to cover the gap. The room was a little dark but other than that was fine. The bed was fine too. Dinner is room service or you can have it in the bar area if you’d like. There isn’t a restaurant however and the bar area isn’t incredibly suitable for a meal with a family, fine on my own though. The menu consisted of pub food and each item was between £11-15 for the majority. There is a pizza and alcohol deal for £15 which is what I had, which was fine. Breakfast was £11.75 I think and was a buffet in one of the service rooms and was pretty good. Overall I think my experience was pretty poor but the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite

Co za wspaniałe znalezisko! Pokój był lepszy niż się spodziewaliśmy, bardzo czysty i z ogromnym łóżkiem. Zapłaciliśmy więcej za widok na rzekę i byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni, bo mieliśmy uroczy balkon, z którego mogliśmy otworzyć drzwi i stanąć z widokiem na rzekę. Śniadanie było niesamowite. Zapytano nas, jakie jajka chcemy, i były świeżo przygotowane. Rozmawialiśmy ze wspaniałą pracownicą o imieniu Magda, która była bardzo przyjazna i uprzejma i zrobiła dla nas wszystko. Na pewno wrócimy.

Exceptionally clean room, very spacious. Appreciated being on the first floor for safety (single female). Breakfast was reasonable and delivered to the room on time. The milk was off but when I informed the front seat it was replaced immediately. No shampoo etc but that’s becoming the norm, in my experience, in budget chain hotels. Good value for money. My only complaint: pillows poor quality and lumpy. Otherwise great, and front desk staff were really good. Would stay again, for the right price.

I was staying at the hotel due to an important business meeting the next day, unfortunately my sleep was broken at 2am with a fire alarm going off due to other hotel guests, I was expecting some kind of kind refund or a discount off my next stay as I have used this hotel to stay for business many times before but nothing was offered and the interruption in my sleep affected my business meeting the next day, very disappointed in the way this was handled.
