The experience was really good. The room is quiet, so I get to sleep well every day. There is common spaces for socializing and working. People there are very friendly and nice. This is why I like this kind of accommodation when it comes to solo traveling. On the check out day, the staff at the counter even gave me an Indian dessert🥹🥰✨

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we required. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including the restaurant, which served delicious food. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast spread, which had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. What really made our stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. GGuest UserI would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay. From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management. There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control. A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights. Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit. Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus. The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong. Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste. All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

GGuest UserWhile strolling down Cox town, we happened to see this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service by Sameer, he accomodated our requests. Even their security guard Zaheerul was so polite and helpful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Hubby loved the shower and their toiletteries. Kiddo the kitchenette. Their chicken sandwich was tasty and fresh. Only wish they had a bigger size bed. Rest everything was perfect, spacious cupboards and we don't travel light. Being a relatively new hotel there was worth it as it has access to all the amazing locations within walking distance. Thoms bakery, Stella Studios, K.C. Das. Icecream parlors and eating joints ahead. Down side no views from our room balconette. But in a space starved city that can be overlooked😃 Also if their signboard could state Hotel, that would be great. Out of towners like us might not be aware. 5 star surely from us.

Additionally, the breakfast menu is very limited with hardly any variety, which is disappointing for guests expecting a better start to the day. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations due to these issues. Immediate attention is needed to fix these problems and enhance guest comfort. Improving basic facilities and offering a more diverse breakfast menu would greatly improve the overall guest experience and satisfaction.

KKrish4444Overall I’m happy with the service except for few snags ***** the way. They are as follows: 1) The room we received wasn’t cleaned or serviced by the cleaning staff. And they blamed the communication on each other. Required me to go back to reception and immediatey got another room. 2)Room service was good but I specifically asked for non spicy fried rice for my 3 yr old. 40 mins later the staff walked in with an extremely spicy dish and asked us to taste it and suggested if it’s too spicy he will make another dish. Since it was a long wait time We ended up feeding our son the bread as he dint want to wait any longer
