Well, the room and cleanliness is good, just did not receive clear check in instructions in advance and there is a lift but it is not accessible to the floor of the room that we stay in. And also, the breakfast is at the patisserie located at the ground floor with only a cup of hot drink and a croissant, again, not instructed clearly on where to get the coupon.

Very great location, the room is spacious and clean. All the staff are helpful and share the time table of train for how to travel between Cinque Terre( five villages). Walking distance to the central town and offer a breakfast vouchers (complementary) to the local coffee shop( around 5 mins walk). Also have a storage lockers after check out. Very thoughtful and great value.

抵達的那個傍晚是狂風暴雨，差點我們幾個人就撐不住了，但是還好，第二天陽光明媚，見識到了五漁村第一個村Riomaggiore 的美設施：酒店是私人別墅改造而來，用電方面有限制。供暖方面每天晚上6點開始供暖，暖氣很足，把我們淋雨濕透的衣服都烤乾了。就是房間偏小衞生：房間很乾凈環境：酒店地理位置很好，窗外景色優美，有小陽台。服務：前台很熱情。

Wygodny hotel bezkontaktowy, położony w małej uliczce, wymagający trochę poszukiwań. Nie ma tu stanowiska obsługi; trzeba zadzwonić do menedżera, aby uzyskać kod do głównego wejścia i pokoju. Brak lokalnego numeru pokoju może być nieco uciążliwy. Łóżko jest duże, hotel jest bardzo czysty, gustownie urządzony i w pełni umeblowany. Zapewniają nawet wodę butelkowaną i torebki herbaty, co jest bardzo miłe. Jedynymi wadami są odległość od dworca kolejowego i brak windy. Poza tym wszystko jest doskonałe.

Very Good

CCliffoBGreat location in Monterosso, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and promonade where all the restaurant and bars are. We had a great welcome from our hosts who met us outside. My partner is pregnant with twins, so they gave us a car parking space outside our accommodation and helped to carry our suitcases up to the room for us. The room was stunning with a balcony overlooking the sea! A really nice size with all ammendmenties included. Fridge, Beach Towels, Slippers, Tea and Coffee facilities and toiletries in the bathroom. There is also a communal kitchen area outside the room with a coffee maker for extra coffee and teas. This is also where breakfast is served. We took ours to our room to eat on the balcony. The room has aircon but it was very slow at cooling the room. It is best to keep the shutters and tender down in the heat of summer to try and keep the room as cool as possible during the day. There are also alot of stairs to get up to the fourth floor where the rooms are with no lift. So bare this is mind if you struggle with stairs. For us, it was good for the exercise :) Overall, we loved this place and location and would definitely stay again! Great pizza restaurant below the appartment and a big car park across the street for parking.

AAnonymous UserThe building is nicely located - 5 mins walk to Genova Brignole Station, few mins to Via San Vicenzo. It is a historical palazzo with very nice entryway and public spaces. The rooms itself was tidy and nice, with a beautiful balcony. The hosts are extremely welcoming and provided useful informations on the city, also some extras to the room like cookies :)

TTravel JanWe had a really lovely stay here. The staff, many of whom are from Italy, were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful throughout. We had a small issue during check-in, but they were very patient and did their best to sort it out quickly, which we really appreciated. It’s a great place to stay with children. Everything was handled efficiently whenever we needed help, and there are plenty of facilities to keep everyone happy — including a restaurant and bar, a nice area for breakfast and evening activities, and a play area for kids to burn off some energy. For those who enjoy music, there are instruments like a piano, guitar and ukulele to use. There’s also a gym for anyone who enjoys sports and exercise. The outdoor kitchen area is a lovely touch, and our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Overall, a very positive experience and we would happily stay again.

GGuest UserThe staff at Hotel al Sant’Andrea were TOP NOTCH! Very kind, informative, and always greeted us with a smile! The breakfast was basic but delicious and we always left full. The rooms were very basic and a bit run down but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms kind of felt like a dorm room to me. A/C worked well. Rooms were big for European hotel rooms (I’m Canadian and used to very large hotel rooms). The shower was very small but for only a 2 night stay it wasn’t a big deal. There was a mini fridge that actually kept items cold! I find hotel mini fridges are usually subpar. The location wasn’t ideal for us because the train station was a 15 minute walk away but if you are driving, location wouldn’t be an issue. We did not explore Sarzana, this was used as a home base to explore Cinque Terre, and for the price, I believe this hotel is worth it.
