3-Star hotele w: Kyoto Prefecture, Japan

As a solo traveller I was surprised it is actually a love hotel which I did not pay attention when booking. It does not matter though. Very good condition and big space. Good breakfast included. It is also very nice having a massage chair. It is over 1km from train station which is slightly inconvenient from people with large luggage.   I did see a 1cm long bug on my pillow on the second day but I would think it is accidental considering the general cleanness is significantly better than most other hotels I stayed.

Good location, hotel is very near to shijo station exit 4, very convenient for Hankyu Line to Osaka and Kyoto city metro. 7-11 also just few shops beside the hotel👍🏻Walking to Daimaru and Karasuma is not quite far. I have request for high floor room when making the reservation, and during check in they actually assigned me a room at the highest floor. I was very impressed by their attentiveness and consideration for guest preferences! Breakfast menu change everyday😋, everything is satisfied😊 Highly recommended!👍🏻

Good location. Hotel right opposite the Toji station. There are convenience store nearby and Toji temple was 10mins short walk away! Friendly & helpful staff ~ Comfortable room & good ameneties. Shaver, comb, rubber band, & night wear can be taken as needed before heading to the room on the first floor ! There are even curler & straightener for rent. During tea break timing or dinner timing, small snacks are available as well. Room is cosy size. Able to watch Live TV channels and Netflix etc. Only feedback would be that the toothbrush can be pacakage seperately from the toothpaste. Each toothpaste is good for max 2 use, but since we stayed more than 2 days, we keep opening new set for the toothpaste. Feel is a bit wasteful..😭 Otherwise, everything is great and will definitely stay here again!

Second time to stay in this hotel as it is quite convenient to JR station, restaurants and shopping center. Room is spacious. The bad point is the drainage system in the sink didn’t work well. Took a lot of time to let water flow from the sink to the pipe.

The room is big and it has all the amenities eg. TV, Big bed, jacuzzi, well equipped toilet, etc. All the toiletries are beyond our needs. Movies are free and breakfast are really cheap. The only drawback is the nearest metro station is 1 km away. But the room is value for money. Highly recommended.

All receptionists are super nice, supportive and speak English comprehensively. The location is surrounded by stations but using bus would be more convenient. Take into you consideration if you arrive at JR Kyoto station, you would need to drag your luggages for 1km. But it didn’t bother me tho, just the towels and bed sheet. Those seems to be aged after long time using it. I can’t use their towel cuz the color changed. The bed sheet is nearly worn-out, its surface is rough.

Pokój nie jest duży, ale ciepły i wygodny. Wejście i korytarz przed łazienką są stosunkowo szerokie 🉑 Prawdziwym miejscem na łóżko jest mini stolik, który jest za mały jak na pokój trzyosobowy. Kołdra na łóżku nie jest poszwą na kołdrę, ale jest oddzielona białym prześcieradłem. Można ją łatwo rozdzielić podczas snu. Może wygodnie jest je przebrać i wyprać. Łazienka i prysznic są bardzo czyste i świetne. O szczoteczkę do zębów, pastę do zębów i kapcie należy poprosić dzień wcześniej. Przed dziesiątą rano wstąpiłem do pralni, żeby odebrać wyprane ubrania i oczywiście bułki śniadaniowe i kawę jadłem na trzecim piętrze. Otoczenie hotelu jest również dobre. Naprzeciwko znajduje się popularna restauracja z dużą ilością jedzenia po rozsądnych cenach, np. ryż z węgorzem, kotlety schabowe, makaron, ryż itp. Na parterze znajduje się duży wybór 711, a prowadzi mała uliczka. do sklepu z Shijo jest pełen atmosfery. Do rzeki Kamogawy spacerkiem dwie minuty, a obok jest apteka. Jedynym minusem tym razem było to, że pod rozkładaną sofą znalazłem śmierdzącą skarpetkę pozostawioną przez poprzedniego gościa. Trochę brak mi słów 😑

This is the biggest Toyoko Inn outlet I have ever been to, with a big dining area and 3-person room which is spacious and comfortable. However, having to change room in a two-night stay was inconvenient and customer-unfriendly (it was because I requested for smoking room on Day 1 and non-smoking room on Day 2 - this was simply because I didn't have a choice at the time of booking as they are always full); I tried asking to stay in the same room but was told all rooms are full. I totally understand it's a very popular outlet and fees are reasonable; however, some quick fixing to give the customers convenient they deserver wouldn't harm/take much efforts.
