3-Star hotele w: Cagayan Valley, Philippines

Staff from both the hotel and restaurant was very accommodating and friendly. 10/10 for the customer service. What I find disappointing was their room. Upon entering the room it smells like cigarette. It’s so strong that you can smell it everywhere the room including the bed sheets. We were kinda skeptical with our bed sheets and pillow case if it’s new/clean since it smells awful.

15 minute drive from the center, but to those who are after tranquility, the hotel location is a very good choice. The staff are very polite and friendly. Except for the weather which is very unpredictable, it was a pleasant stay overall.

Good Facilities... Located within the Mall...safe parking... with nearby area for safe walking/jogging... nearby Malls/Fast food chains... Tnx

It’s worth it

I expected a queen size bed because that's what I booked but the size of the bed is like a double bed not queen. The room is small just right for its price, the staffs are kind and accommodating. even the waitresses at the restaurant are friendly. What I liked the most is that they have a free shuttle and they will drop you off at the airport, just ask at the front desk.

I loved my stay at Midtown. It is at the heart of the town proper and within walking distance to everything. The food at their restaurant is good with a lot of choices on the menu which is perfect for days when you don't feel like roaming around. I did notice my room had some cobwebs and the cable TV wasn't working, but those seem like easy fixes for the management to handle. Otherwise, I was happy with the room and the amenities themselves. The service is nice, and I especially appreciated the approachable staff and notable dedication of personnel to customer service

Nice hotel on a lovely quiet location right by the sea. It was easy enough to get around and the hotel helped us with this.

We both enjoyed our two nights stay at Den dens guest house,very clean and it's in the middle of town.

It was my 2-3rd stay here it’s a nice hotel and breakfast was also good.

My stay was great! Love the easy checkin-checkout process. Staff were polite and accommodating. Welcome drinks and free-flowing coffee were all refreshing. Rooms are cleaned well and smells fresh. I love the breakfast served. The only thing the hotel should improve is water pressure. Bathroom is really nice but water flow seems to be problematic. Overall, great stay! I would definitely say, this one’s the best in the city.
