3-Star hotele w: Lisbon District, Portugal

Very small toilet and noisy front door! The guest rooms in the hotel is newly renovated. Maybe due to some designing issues, the toilet is very small. The toilet bowl is narrowly surrounded by the sink and wall. I’m not a big size person, but I cannot fully sit on the toilet bowl because the space between the sink and the wall is small. The front door of the room produces a big bang when closing. The hotel does suggest guests to tap the door card to retract the lock tongue before closing the door. But nobody does so and you keep hearing bangs from neighbours. My room has the smell of cigarette smoke from 9 p.m. every night. I couldn’t figure out where it comes from.

The hotel was in a great location very near a Metro station and very central. There were lots of good restaurants near by, which were very reasonable priced. The reception staff were lacking and in need of much better training. They are the face of the hotel and if they are not happy smiling and attentive it leaves a very bad impression with customers. We found them to be very unapproachable and not forthcoming in their assistance. No smile, no cheer, no willingness to assist. In complete contrast Ruben who looks after the breakfast room was caring, happy, attentive and went out of his way and did whatever necessary to make your breakfast as joyful and perfect as possible. The rooms were clean and spacious although we did have an issue with a green flashing light in the room. I called down to reception and they told me how to resolve this. In general I would recommend the hotel but management need to resolve reception staff issues for it to be a great hotel.

Blisko stacji metra, więc łatwo jest się poruszać. Czysto, schludnie i w miarę cicho. Odkryty basen jest naprawdę fajny, ale był zbyt płytki (1,2 m) i nie było szlafroków, nawet gdy zapytaliśmy przy ladzie. W sumie dobre doświadczenie.

Hotel miał idealną lokalizację. Pokoje były małe, ale czyste i wszystkie udogodnienia. Klimatyzacja działała idealnie. Większość rzeczy była w odległości spaceru. Personel był miły i przyjazny. Przechowali również nasz bagaż bezpłatnie po wymeldowaniu. A kiedy wróciliśmy, pozwolili nam skorzystać z poczekalni i toalet, byli bardzo mili i uprzejmi. Jedynym problemem był hałas z zewnątrz. Śmieciarka przyjeżdżała tam codziennie o 2 w nocy podczas naszego pobytu. To ruchliwa droga, więc jest to całkiem zrozumiałe. Zdecydowanie zatrzymałbym się tu ponownie, kiedy znów tam pojadę.

Estupendo! Muy agradecida con el desayuno del último día, muchísimas gracias ☺️ Habitación muy acogedora, nevera, hervidor, calefacción, ducha con agua caliente, TV... Las chicas de la limpieza subían todos los días a hacer la cama y poner toallas limpias, muy agradecida por ello., La recepcionista de por la mAñana encantadora, nos abría la puerta todas las mañanas porque el código no iba y además fue la que dió orden de darnos el desayuno al día siguiente que nos íbamos muy temprano. Estoy muy agradecida a ella. Y la chica que nos trajo por la tarde el desayuno muy simpática también. Muchas gracias ☺️

Spędziliśmy tu 3 noce na wakacjach. Poniżej nasze wrażenia i opinie. Wady: 1. Bezpłatna woda (tylko 2 noce podczas całego pobytu): • Bezpłatna woda jest dostępna tylko pierwszego dnia, ale nie poinformowano o tym przy zameldowaniu. • Woda z automatu jest droga (4,5 raza więcej niż w supermarkecie). • Jasne instrukcje przy zameldowaniu pozwalają gościom zaplanować zakupy i kupić wodę gdzie indziej. 2. Obsługa recepcji: • Brak wskazówek, jak zadzwonić do recepcji z pokoju, spowodował, że musieliśmy udać się do recepcji po pomoc. • Nieprofesjonalne zachowanie recepcjonistki: • Recepcjonistka przedkładała osobiste rozmowy z innymi gośćmi nad pomoc dla mnie, nawet po tym, jak zauważyła, że ​​jej potrzebuję. • Moje zapytanie zajęło mniej niż minutę, ale zostało niepotrzebnie opóźnione, co wywołało u mnie frustrację i rozczarowanie. 3. Wszystko było czyste, otrzymałem wszystkie instrukcje bezpośrednio, otrzymałem całą potrzebną pomoc, lokalizacja blisko wszystkiego.

Lovely boutique hotel not too far from Lisbon tourist sights. Walking into the city centre takes about 20-25 minutes on a lovely walk and on the way back, there’s a short uphill just before you reach the hotel. Room was clean and staff were all friendly and there’s coffee machine and water provided in room. Water can be refilled if you go to the reception or kitchen staff to refill the filtered water any time every day as the reception is manned 24/7. Our favourite part about this hotel was the breakfast. It’s not buffet style but there’s freshly made eggs which they cook to your preference. You can choose your juice and have it refilled too. The bread is made fresh in house and it’s delicious with yoghurt and fruits provided all in a tray.

I really liked this hotel. Perfect location to go to the museum, cable car and oceanarium as well as shopping centre and restaurants. The service in the hotel was good! And the stuff was very friendly. Definitely I recommend this hotel for your stay in Lisbon.

Lokalizacja w centrum miasta jest bardzo dobra, niedaleko znajduje się stacja metra, do której można dojść w 5 minut. Pokój jest czysty i higieniczny, wystrój jest bardzo wygodny, a obsługa klienta w recepcji jest uprzejma i ma dobre recenzje.
