„Went for a vacation with my partner. The owner was so helpful to keep our luggage while waiting for check in at 3pm. And she did explain and show us where the toilet and shower room is. The room not so spacious. But can fit both of us and 2 large luggage. Train station just 1 min away from the hotel. Overall, I love to stay here. And look forward to stay here again :)”

„Jestem podróżnikiem z Hongkongu i zostaję na trzy noce. Jeśli podróżujesz sam, to może być Twój wybór. Lokalizacja jest tuż obok dworca kolejowego, a najbliższy sklep całodobowy jest oddalony o niecałe 5 minut. Jeśli szukasz miejsca do spania i przechowania bagażu, możesz dodać ten sklep do swojej listy. JEDNAKŻE, jeśli masz jakiekolwiek problemy z poniższymi kwestiami, POMIŃ ten punkt dla własnego dobra. 1) Hałas. Ponieważ znajduje się tuż obok dworca kolejowego, możesz sobie wyobrazić, jak głośno byłoby za każdym razem, gdy przejeżdżałby pociąg. 2) Toaleta/Prysznic. Na każdym piętrze jest tylko JEDEN prysznic, a na najwyższym i najniższym piętrze znajdują się dwie duże łazienki, tylko dla mężczyzn i kobiet. To byłby koszmar, ponieważ czasami chcesz wziąć szybki, prywatny prysznic po długim dniu spaceru, ale nie zawsze możesz z niego swobodnie skorzystać, ponieważ jest tak szybko zajęty. Skoro mowa o głównych łaźniach, jeśli nie przeszkadzają Ci ludzie ani wspólne prysznice, możesz spróbować sam. 3) Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi jest fatalne, nie mogę oglądać filmów przez niestabilne Wi-Fi (śpię na 8. piętrze). Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jeśli szukasz taniego i przyjaznego podróżnym miejsca na czas EXPO 2025, zdecydowanie powinieneś rozważyć to miejsce. Obsługa jest miła i pomocna.”

„Wyposażenie hotelu w 3U jest całkiem dobre. Po prostu nie ma podpasek higienicznych i kabin prysznicowych w pomieszczeniach zamkniętych. Aby wziąć prysznic, trzeba udać się na pierwsze piętro, co jest bardziej kłopotliwe. Niezbyt przyjazny dla podróżnych, którzy chcą prywatnej przestrzeni. Jest bardzo blisko Wieży Tsutenkaku, około 500 metrów, więc można tam dojść pieszo. Dojazd do Universal Studios zajmuje około 30 minut. Wysiadasz i przesiadasz się raz (linia Loop do JR). W okolicy znajduje się wiele sklepów ogólnospożywczych Lawson, w których można kupić przekąski i posiłki. Istnieje również wiele szlaków komunikacyjnych i jest to bardzo wygodne. Ciepłą wodę należy zagotować w części ogólnodostępnej na pierwszym piętrze. Możesz świadczyć usługę przechowywania bagażu przed zameldowaniem się w hotelu, ale po opuszczeniu hotelu nie będziesz już z niej korzystać.”

Lokalizacja: Bliskość hotelu do stacji JR i metra jest znaczącą atrakcją, dzięki czemu można łatwo poruszać się po Osace. Czystość: Chociaż pokoje są podstawowe, większość recenzentów twierdzi, że hotel jest czysty i dobrze utrzymany. Silne ciśnienie wody: Goście doceniają silne ciśnienie wody w prysznicach. Dobra obsługa: Niektórzy recenzenci wspominają o pozytywnych doświadczeniach z personelem, w szczególności wspominając o jego pomocności. „## Recommended Points: Incredibly kind and helpful staff! Within walking distance of Tsutenkaku Tower, close to the station. New and clean facilities. ## Access: Approximately a 5-minute walk from Shin-Imamiya Station and Dobutsuen-mae Station. It's a straightforward 5-minute walk along the road from JR Shin-Imamiya Station and Osaka Metro Midosuji Line/Sakaisuji Line Dobutsuen-mae Station. While it's not the safest area, there's traffic even at night and convenience stores nearby, so the path to the hotel isn't dark. I felt safe walking even close to the last train. ## Luggage Storage: Available. Even before check-in, if you ask at the 2F front desk to store your luggage, they'll keep it in the cloakroom next to the front desk. They lock it and the staff handles putting it in and taking it out, so you can store it with peace of mind. You'll receive a numbered tag when you drop it off, and just hand that tag to the staff when you pick it up! ## Breakfast: Optional (880 yen?), until 9:30 AM. I didn't add it, so I don't know the details, but there's a breakfast notice in the elevator, so I assume you can add it if you wish. It's a buffet style in a space that's open as a lounge outside of breakfast hours, and it didn't seem particularly large. ## Details: Check-in is until 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM (with an additional charge of 1000 yen per hour for extension)! Check-in time is a bit early, so if you're attending a live event or similar, please be mindful of the time! The front desk is open until 12:00 AM, so you won't be able to check-in if you arrive after midnight. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly throughout my stay! I had different staff for luggage storage, check-in, and check-out, but they were all genuinely kind, which I found very impressive. I'll definitely want to stay here again the next time I visit Osaka. There were quite a few international guests (from Western countries), but it was quiet when I visited; in fact, my own luggage might have been the noisy one. It's very quiet at night, so be careful when coming and going. Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes (?) can be borrowed for free for the first time, I believe. There's information about this at check-in, so just ask if you want them then. There were four shower rooms on my floor. During peak hours, they were sometimes full, but usually became available within about 10 minutes. However, the shower rooms are shoe-free zones, but I noticed a high probability of international guests entering with their shoes on. It wasn't so dirty that it bothered me much, but if you're using it barefoot, it's a bit concerning. Perhaps the 'no shoes' sign is placed on top of the shoe rack by the entrance, making it hard to notice. While aesthetics are important, I think placing the sign on the floor would reduce the number of people entering with shoes on. Overall, it was a really great hostel! If I go to Osaka again, I'd definitely like to stay here!”

„Had a great 2-night stay here. The room was exceptionally clean, especially the toilet which was spotless. While the room is small, it’s very comfortable for a solo traveler. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Namba and just a few minutes' walk from all the popular landmarks. A few suggestions for improvement: I would have loved more than one pillow and a few more power outlets for charging devices. It would also be great if they provided cutlery in the room. The coin laundry is easy to use, but there’s often a queue. Adding more washers and dryers would be a huge plus! I didn't get to try the free breakfast this time, but overall, it's a solid, central choice.”

„Spędziłem tu 4 noce i ogólnie rzecz biorąc, miałem naprawdę dobre wrażenia. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dogodna, w samym sercu Dotonbori. Wystarczy przejść przez ulicę, aby dotrzeć do Shinsaibashi, co znacznie ułatwia zakupy i zwiedzanie. W pobliżu znajduje się również kilka wyjść ze stacji Namba, co zapewnia dogodny transport. Okolica jest tętniąca życiem i pełna lokali gastronomicznych, sklepów spożywczych i innych, więc wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, jest w zasięgu spaceru. Pomimo położenia w tak ruchliwej okolicy, sam hotel jest komfortowy i stanowi dobre miejsce na odpoczynek po długim dniu. Bardzo podobał mi się pobyt w Acro i zdecydowanie rozważę ponowny pobyt tutaj podczas mojej kolejnej podróży do Osaki.”

„I booked a quad room, but as it was a holiday and I was traveling alone, I had a room all to myself. The environment was great, but the common area was a bit small, and there were very few cups, utensils, etc., so cooking wasn't an option. The check-in information provided was very thoughtful; they even told me which subway entrance had an elevator.”

„5/5　　Vacation ❘ Solo --- This is the kind of hotel you want to return to each time you're in Osaka. The hotel is very new, so everything is exceptionally clean, crisp and gives the feeling of a much more expensive hotel. LOBBY The Lobby area is open, bright and fresh - with a few tables, a bench, with power-points. There's a drinks vending machine and a very high quality coffee/matcha machine at reception which is free to use!! Also a hot-water dispenser and a Microwave available 24/7. There are also separate toilets there. There's a huge TV which you can use to log into all your favourite streaming apps. There's an isolated smoking area for those of you that would need it. They have 3 Laundry washing machines and 3 dryers - which will only cost 480 Yen for a full load to wash and dry. (Get the detergent from reception, and follow the instructions on the door for a warm dry cycle, as it defaults to cool!!) Just ask at reception if you need help!! Internet WiFi speeds are nice and fast.. about 200mb/sec up/down. Which I found to be much higher than average in the places I've stayed in Japan! They have 100 Yen (Returned) Coin-Lockers here which can be used free of charge for 24hrs before/after your stay! ROOMS A lift is available to all floors. The rooms are clean, and adequately sized. The facilities are faultless. Sparkling clean. I like the Japanese-styled toilet, shower/bath, and sink. The lighting in the room is good. The AC is new, so works very well - Ask at reception if you need translation on the remote buttons. This hotel also provides free toothbrushes, razors, hairbrush, bath powder, slippers, bath robe, and if you need to borrow and return - Phone chargers (USB-C and Lightning), Kettle, Iron. All rooms have a small TV, hair-dryer and a packet of earbuds to help you sleep. LOCATION The location is excellent. Straight off the Dobutsuen-mae stop on the Midosuji (red) Line - this makes transit to/from anywhere exceptionally easy and convenient. Yet you can also walk to many local restaurants and shops in this area. You're in the heart of a very touristy area! You have SpaWorld Onsen and Tennoji Zoo within walking distances. So, yes, you are going to hear road noise/sirens and trains running - just use the free ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. I am a light sleeper, but slept very well here - The new beds and new bedding go a long way towards comfort! STAFF All of the staff are warm, polite, and can't do enough to help you enjoy your stay here. Very friendly, almost like a Guest-house style. They really appreciate it if you try to speak Japanese with them. Although they can speak English and will use translate if needed. They take an interest and take time to speak with Guests - If there's anything you need, don't be shy and ask - They will try to help!”
