5-Star hotele w: Limassol District, Cyprus

Bardzo dobre wrażenia z zakwaterowania, piękne krajobrazy i uprzejma obsługa. Może dlatego, że nie jest to szczyt sezonu turystycznego. Rezerwacja teraz jest naprawdę opłacalna. Gorąco polecam ten hotel. Chętnie zatrzymam się tu ponownie, jeśli przyjadę następnym razem.

Отель чистый, большой, красивый, персонал приятный и приветливый. Мы жили в номере с видом на море, на 4 этаже. Номер достаточно большой, с балконом, красивым видом (хотелось более прямой, но так тоже хорошо), все необходимые принадлежности были в номере. Хороший бассейн, первая линия моря с хорошим пляжем. Вдоль моря можно прогуляться по небольшому променаду. Рядом с отелем расположены несколько ресторанов.

房間很大，很舒服，早餐也好吃，這裏的人都挺nice的，我們計劃去一間餐廳吃飯，找了門僮幫我們打車，他看了餐廳地址説有可能還沒開門，讓找了同事幫忙打電話給餐廳確認，真的很熱情。 酒店設施也很齊全，雖然我沒去游泳，但泳池超讚啊。 唯一不足就是位置，可能度假酒店，位置有點偏。

We took two rooms with connected doors for me, my wife and two children. One of the rooms has a problem with the AC - the balcony doors need to be in some very specific point to make the AC operate. The maintenance personal couldn't solve it. Second thing we had a problem with one of the toilet that couldn't flush the water so we paid for two rooms with two toilets and one toilet didn't operate. We didn't want to move or wait for other rooms so we were trying not to make a big deal about it but we paid a lot of money and didn't get the facilities we expected from 5 stars hotel. The bed we got was basically two separate beds. The service at the pool bar was rude and not welcome when we asked for glass with ice. The lobby is nice and the hotel look fancy inside.

This place is one of the best I’ve been to. The staff, the views, the restaurants… I can go on and on. The amazing rich smell that welcomes you inside the entrance lounge is quite unique! It has a little story behind it. Try asking about it on your visit! 😉

Byłem tam już trzeci raz i znowu jestem pod wrażeniem. Obsługa wolniejsza i bardziej niedbała (z wyjątkiem recepcji i baru przy basenie). Pokój nadal ładny i czysty, śniadanie jedno z najlepszych, bez dwóch zdań. Jednak moim zdaniem dbałość o szczegóły i zorientowanie na obsługę zmalały.

Beautiful spaces, wonderful people, yummy food and great Spa. Must say the breakfast and food options were not as lush as the summer options and had very few vegan options. Nonetheless, a sweet favourite spot with great friendly floor staff. Big shout out to our favourite Marioush, Anna, Stephan and Mr George and spa team Olivia, Eleasa (don’t know how to spell her name) & M. You are the reason we love coming back.

They take cleaning very seriously. Staff is polite and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful sea view balconies.

During check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids. Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits. Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros. But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons Hotel Reception attitude is the worst! I

The location of the hotel is good, the service is average, the equipment in the room is brand-name, but it needs better maintenance Protection means first-class hardware and harder software
