Loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Very clean and wonderful food, especially the breakfast. The dinner menu was also very good but could use a little more variety

Naprawdę wspaniały hotel. Z zaledwie 9 pokojami, personel dokłada wszelkich starań, aby każde doświadczenie gościa było wyjątkowe. Lokalizacja jest świetna, wystarczająco centralna, aby zwiedzać wyspę i wracać tam każdego dnia. Widok z pokoju i po wyjściu z niego zapiera dech w piersiach za każdym razem. Wszystkie pokoje są najwyższej klasy, łóżko było niezwykle wygodne, a nawet pościel i ręczniki były miękkie w dotyku. Opcje śniadaniowe mogą być nieco monotonne, ale jakość i świeżość składników, w tym domowych dżemów i soków, a także elastyczność w zmianie dań w menu, rekompensują to z nawiązką. Hotelowa restauracja jest również doskonała na kolację. Do tego stopnia, że wielokrotnie korzystaliśmy z niej podczas naszego pobytu. Doceniliśmy również drobne szczegóły, takie jak telefon, który udostępniono nam przy zameldowaniu i który podążał za nami po całej wyspie, aby spontanicznie udzielać sugestii i dokonywać rezerwacji przez hotel! Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, gorąco polecam, moja żona i ja wiemy, że wrócimy!

Отличный отель с великолепными кроватями и постельным бельём. Бассейн морально устарел , и в нем очевидно не хватает хотя бы сауны , а лучше и хамама тоже. Завтрак хороший.

A great resort on the North Coast of Azores. The trail along the coast from the hotel is very nice. There are a few restaurants around and the hotel has good breakfast and a restaurant on site opening for lunch and dinner. Good for family, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They can help you book tours and call taxis.

Doskonała lokalizacja, zagospodarowanie spełnia wszelkie warunki, aby być najlepszym na wyspie, jednakże wydaje się być mocno ograniczone zasobami. Czystość w pokojach nie jest dobra, jasne jest, że sprzątają powierzchownie, w pokoju nic nie ma, jednak w mini barze nie ma nic, produkty higieniczne wydają się być zmieszane z wodą do wytworzenia, śniadania są bardzo kiepskie, niewiele opcji, mało opieki , słaba jakość, mało jedzenia. W basenie jest zimna woda, a jacuzzi nie zachęca… 5-gwiazdkowy hotel, który nie powinien mieć więcej niż 3 za świadczone usługi, godne ubolewania!

Hotel Top 10 ,parfait en tout,de l’emplacement en passant par les commodités jusqu’à à l’accueil. Que dire de l’accueil sinon qu’il était excellent,le personnel sont d’une simplicité et sympathie rarement vu à laquelle je joint leur compétence à tous les niveaux (de l’accueil à la femme de chambre,et surtout je n’oublie la restam qui a été un vrai moment de bonheur,continuez comme ça vous êtes top top top) Merci pour tout  10/10

This newly opened boutique hotel is located just one block from the city center and the beach, within easy walking distance. The environment is beautiful, and the pool and sauna are fantastic. Breakfast is a must-try; it's a real treat. The bedding is very comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious with good water pressure. Rooms facing the street can be noisy in the mornings, so if possible, book a room on the inside. The staff are professional and friendly, and the chocolate cookies at the front desk are delicious; I bought the same ones at the supermarket to take home.

Perfect service from start to finish.  Excellent, super yummy cuisine.
