Great airport hotel with comfortable rooms Stayed here as it’s very close to Kunming Changshui International Airport, which made it super convenient for an early flight. The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and overall it was a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The only thing to note is that it’s quite far out if you’re planning to visit Kunming Old Town or the city centre, so it’s best suited for airport stays or short stopovers. Breakfast wasn’t too bad, could be better quality of food that’s all. Also had free laundry and use of the gym. Overall, a really good option if you need somewhere comfortable near the airport.

We literally walked into a “time travel” place back to ancient house equipped with modern facilities, the host was extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful too, they led and help us with our luggage from where were dropped off by Didi driver the nearest point before the pedestrian street of the ancient town starts. The hotel is located with the ancient town and a short walk from the famous 金馬Square at where modern buzzing commercial centres located in Kunming. Good place to stay for the experience of an ancient “house” with good breakfast, facilities and friendly host.

We stayed 3 nights at a river view room which was clean and well appointed. The service was excellent, they serviced our room and helped me print out a visa. The location next to the river is quiet and relaxing to see the boats go by. Breakfast was understaffed, since they rapidly ran out of food, plates, cups and couldn't cook or re-fill food and drinks. So go early for breakfast. It takes a long time for didi car to drive up to the hotel. Be sure to choose a route that avoids the traffic bottlenecks.

The hotel room was spotless and very quiet at night, which is a huge plus for anyone who values good sleep – highly recommend it! The front desk staff was lovely; the lady at reception paid close attention to the notes I left on Trip.com and even gave me an eye mask. The location is super convenient for transport on weekends, and dining is a breeze with all sorts of malls downstairs and the old street right next door. Breakfast was also fantastic with a great variety of choices. I'll definitely pick this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming.

The hotel is perfectly located right in the middle of the old town, next to one of the main streets. The room was very spacious and fully furnished, however it was quite cold during the night, despite the AC running. The host was super friendly, and available to help with anything. He even invited several guests to have dinner and spend the evening together, which was one of the most memorable moments of my trip. Really recommend staying there

Superb hospitality. The bed is comfortable, near the main attractions and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and kind, even offering me extra rose biscuits to take with me as i checked out. Breakfast food was a small range, usual fare. Occasionally cigarette smoke can be smelt from the room. Do note that renovations are ongoing nearby so you can hear it. But the hotel provides ear plugs for that. The view of the city with the mountain is amazing. Would def come back!

Nie było innych odpowiednich pokoi do przebrania się, więc musieliśmy zostać dłużej. Obsługa pensjonatu była bardzo miła, a widok z pensjonatu był piękny – idealne punkty dla obu stron. Wieczorem poszliśmy do restauracji. Było bardzo zimno, a drzwi i okna były szczelnie zamknięte. Grupa gości z Szanghaju paliła, hałasowała i grała w karty, zamieniając piękne otoczenie w zadymiony, nieprzyjemny bałagan. Złożyliśmy skargę personelowi, ale powiedziano nam, że palenie jest dozwolone w środku i nic nie mogą z tym zrobić – niewiarygodne! Nie chcieli dostarczyć jedzenia do naszych pokoi, a my nie mogliśmy wnieść własnych sztućców, więc musieliśmy szybko spakować rzeczy i wyjechać. Budowa i zarządzanie pensjonatem w odległym regionie gór Dali to nie lada wyzwanie. Naprawdę podobały mi się wspaniałe krajobrazy i bardzo życzliwi i prości ludzie tutaj. Mam nadzieję, że pensjonaty podniosą standardy zarządzania, że ​​jakość usług w branży turystycznej wzrośnie, a życie miejscowej ludności ulegnie poprawie.

Excellent hotel service from from desk to housekeeper. Clean and cozy room, free airport pickup was easy to arrange, free gift upon check in was warm, free night snacks beyond my expectation. The female front desk receptionist very helpful and patiently to solve all my queries as a foreigner. Thumbs up to this hotel👏👏👏

Miejsce jest bardzo wiejskie, w całym pokoju znalazłem mnóstwo owadów i pająków. Poza tym, jest dobrze, bo taksówka może podjechać pod hotel i wystarczy zejść po krótkich schodach. Właściciele byli bardzo mili i pomocni, kiedy powiedzieliśmy im, że wybieramy się w podróż, gdzie istnieje ryzyko spotkania z lokalnym rusałką, dali nam sól i lekarstwo, żeby uniknąć rusałki. Ostatecznie cena była adekwatna do miejsca.
