Przemiła obsługa. Genialne śniadania. Wszystko pyszne i świeże. Wybór produktów ogromny. Pokój czysty, dobrze wyciszony,. Woda, zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty skromny, ale można zawsze poprosić o uzupełnienie. Łazienka czysta, jest wanna co uwielbiam. Hotel niedaleko dworca kolejowego i ścisłego centrum miasta. Przy obiekcie przystanki tramwajowe, można się dostać niedrogo wszędzie. Mały minus za ofertę TV, bardzo skromnie. Plus za pomysł z dodatkowym ogrzewaniem w łazience! Solidny, czysty hotel z pysznym śniadaniem w idealnej lokalizacji. Polecam!

Hotel ładny, ale pod kątem wystroju pozostał w poprzednim stuleciu, wymagany byłby remont. Obsługa niezwykle miła i pomocna. Kuchnia otwarta do późna, jest smacznie. Dostępny jest parking oraz woda pitna do karafki uzupełniana samodzielnie w hallu na piętrze przy windach, jako fajne ekologiczne rozwiązanie problemu butelkowanych porcji.

GGuest UserAmazing hotel with fantastic service. The lobby to the hotel is vast, grand and extremely clean and well maintained. All reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was superbly clean and very well presented and large. The bed was so comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers provided). The Gym was free to use anytime and the Spa was very nice and for the price (£5 per hour per person) was a fantastic price. The breakfast choice was vast with hot food, cold meats and cheeses, salads, breads, pancakes and other cakes, coffee, teas and various cold juices. The hotel is very well located right next to the Old Town Square which has plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out. A perfect stay and I would 100% stay there again. 5 out 5 for me and would advise anyone looking to stay in Wroclaw to stay here. You certainly wouldn't be disappointed.

DDariuszThe location is obviously the biggest plus. A very good view of the city and relatively close to many landmarks. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious with comfortable beds, sofas, excellent cooking and bathroom facilities. However, the carpets on corridors were quite dirty. It was also quite difficult to find parking lots allocated to the apartments. Actually, I found out that the parking fee is exactly the same as the fee in the adjacent Sky Tower mall, which is disappointing.

KkthérèseI had a wonderful stay at this apartment-hotel. It’s located right in the heart of the market square, making it perfect for exploring the area. Despite being in such a central location, it was very quiet at night and I was able to sleep well. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. I was especially glad to have a washing machine available, which made my stay much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great location!

The place is not a modern (glass and brick) hotel, it is located in an old-style building, old-fashioned, but if you spend time out in town, it does not matter. No air conditioning so it could matter if you get to visit the place during hot summer. There are pubs nearby so (I guess) it could get noisy (I guess as I did not experience this during my stay).

GGuest UserThe room was clean and well-equipped. I remember there were no slippers before, but now there are. For environmental protection, there is no bottled water, so we use mugs and large water bottles to get water at the stairs, which is also a good idea. Also, the refrigerator is only used to maintain temperature, not for cooling. The bed is too soft... My old waist can't stand it. The quilt is too thin, and there is no warm air. It is still a bit cold when the temperature drops at night. I have to fold the quilt into two layers to keep warm...

Very close proximity to the town, just 5-6 min walk in a quiet place. Negatives are they need a deposit of 500 PLN, a bit too much and the area around is a bit deteriorated or there are road works around.
