„I arrive early to the hostel, the capsule room is not ready for check in. I keep my huge luggage bag at the locker, free of charge for 6 hours. Room is decent, comfortable. If you have large suitcase (like me), you would need to place them on the bed so that it’s easy to retrieve your items. Every occupants are courteous, not much noise at night. The shower cubicles need some grouting at the corners while the toilet rubbish bin should clear on hourly basis to keep the sight and smell pleasant. Reception staffs are friendly and helpful. I could not do any laundry because my non-China phone cannot download the app :(”

„The best hostel I have ever stayed at. It has a truly inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, and the price is quite affordable. As someone from a minority group, I was pleasantly surprised to see gender-friendly bathrooms—something you don’t often find. The public space is spacious and vibrant, with performances every evening. There’s even a free cleaning kit, and the bathrooms feature automatic toilets with heated seats. Everything here is thoughtfully designed and genuinely impressive.”

„What an awesome camp, each night, there is an event organized such as games, expeditions… Their are lockers to keep your belongings in, but we feel very safe even if you left everything on your bed This is very huge and you can make friends of your age easily as long if you want (and if you are young enough) You can order *******, there is a pick up place inside the youth hostel, or buy snacks or utility stuff at the end of the corridor. There is only one electrical plug in your bed but there are many on the rooftop where everyone goes to play the evening. I spent 3 good nights out there.”

„強推大家來杭州玩住這家青旅，首先，價格非常友好，地理位置超級超級超級優越，就在西湖旁邊，離西湖很近，離地鐵口幾百米，去靈隱寺也很便利，坐公交很便利順暢。住宿環境超級超級好，有超級大的陽台，還有很大的公共活動區域，洗手間，床鋪都非常乾淨，提供一次性洗漱用品，浴巾，還有拖鞋，非常齊全，辦入住的小姐姐超級超級超級超級超級好，不僅免費給我們升了有窗的房間，而且！！！！我退房離開後，人在紹興，突然發現眼鏡落在了青旅，洗臉的時候放在洗手枱上忘記了，當我想起來眼鏡沒帶後，非常着急（作者超級近視），再很慌亂中，我撥打了青旅的電話，小姐姐非常有耐心，超級細心問我房間號，床鋪好，她不僅問了早上打掃的同事，自己又親自去這個房間幫我找，在房間沒找到候，小姐姐主動加我微信，很耐心的讓我回憶早上的行動軌跡，最終在洗手間的夾縫處找到了，我超級超級超級近視，真的很感謝小姐姐，很快的就把我得眼鏡郵寄到了我的手裡。這家青旅很安全，很熱心，很乾凈，歡迎大家去杭州遊玩住這家！！！再次感謝小姐姐！！！！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻”

„This place is okay but I had slightly higher expectations to be honest. Cleanliness is alright, they give you a bag with a small towel upon request, both to be returned. Has free water dispensers, toiletries and a microwave. Common areas don't have a vibe but you can prepare and have your food and play video games as everyone else. The biggest common area is to the right side of the reception, which, as per usual, they don't tell you. There is that Olympic Stadium nearby, but the city center is actually on the other side of the river. From here you will either need to take public transportation or a cab to West Lake or other interesting parts of town. Walking to the light show on the other side of the river bank took more than 1.5 hrs and it is not supposed to be walked. There are no useful signs on the building but the way to get here is to use the ”hotel entrance” and use the single elevator straight ahead. Do not turn right to use the elevators in the elevator room. If you do, only the very right one brings you to the 5th floor where you will check in. Very confusing and no signs to help you. It also might take a bit until the right elevator arrives. The shoe rack was inside the room, which resulted in a very smelly room. Guitar with old strings, barely playable. If I came back, I'd rather try out another place.”

„I had a good stay at this hostel in Hangzhou. It's located about 5–10 minutes from the nearest metro station, which makes getting around the city pretty easy. The staff speak a little English and were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were also well maintained. A solid choice for a budget-friendly and convenient stay.”

„It's not really a hostel; it's more like a converted shared room with bunk beds. The advantages are the cheap price and its proximity to the South Railway Station (about a 7-8 minute walk if you walk quickly). Also, the navigation isn't very accurate; just go up to the second floor from the Eiffel Hotel. The disadvantages are that the male and female floors aren't separated, and there are multiple designated smoking areas right outside the rooms. As soon as you walk in, there are four or five people smoking, creating a thick cloud of smoke and a terrible smell. Even though there are designated tables for dining outside, why are the smoking areas in the hallway outside the rooms? There are at least four or five ashtrays outside, making the whole place reek of smoke, which even wafts into the rooms. It's too much of a catering service for smokers. I booked a four-person room with air conditioning and a bathroom inside. It appeared clean (I didn't use the shower, so I don't know how well it works). The beds were simple, with a lamp and a small cabinet. The sheets and pillows looked old, with loose threads and holes, making it uncomfortable to sleep on, especially the pillows which were flat. It was barely usable for one night.”

„酒店電腦網絡很好，屏幕清晰打遊戲很絲滑，店內零食價格不貴也很好吃，投影清晰無需會員打開就能看，音響設備清楚無雜音，地面乾淨，馬桶自動沖水帶暖温，無異味，窗户打開空氣流通室內抽煙不留味。”

„杭州南站下車不想去西湖那邊 就找了邊上的民宿 趕第二天得高鐵 原本以為價格低不會太好 但是！！性價比極高 住宿的專門提醒我不要再屋裡吃東西 這非常保證了屋裡的味道管理 雖然在我住的這間有人偷偷吃 但是店家的管理是必要要有的 也很喜歡前台的座位空間”

„The location is reachable by walk from metro station. The support from hotel staff surely supportive. Thanks for the hospitality and i do not mind to retry again next time. Hopefully there is a new curtain and no molds.”
