And the owner bring me to Hangzhou police station to get permit stay eventough my document all clear. Over all, the room is pretty good just for sleep. And the most important one, it's pretty near to west lake with this budget.”

We enjoyed also the fact that the hotel is also unique, as you stay inside the buildings of a former temple : everything there is authentical. In this charming place, of course, no escalators, no lifts, simply chic and use the stairs the monks climbed for centuries ! Our room had the charm of traditional furnitures with a quite complete set of modern equipment (TV, WiFi, air cond., heating, minibar, tub...) The personal were always available to our needs, and always took care for our stay. The hotel has also a nice and excellent terrace restaurant, were we tasted an original and sophisticated Chinese 'cuisine'. As we are French, we specially appreciated !”

„We upgraded to a room at level 3 for a nominal fee and love the views! Le hub was impressed with the Kohler fittings. I was charmed by the service staff including the friendly “housekeeper” (dog). The patient innkeeper shared many recommendations over WeChat, as did the security guard. We’d definitely be back! Oh ya, the room is perfect for sunrise shots!”

„Pokój był absolutnie zachwycający, a otoczenie fantastyczne! Mała huśtawka była niesamowicie relaksująca, a otaczająca zieleń cicha i chłodna. Zatrzymaliśmy się na dachu, a nocą mogliśmy podziwiać niebo i góry z małego balkonu, który również był udekorowany drobnymi kwiatami. Do Muzeum Jedwabiu i Pagody Leifeng można było dojść spacerem. Gorąco polecam restaurację Lao Yang's Seven Bowls Noodles, położoną naprzeciwko Muzeum Jedwabiu. Makaron z węgorzem jest fantastyczny, a właściciel niezwykle miły. Z powodu tajfunu nasz pierwotny plan podróży uległ zmianie, więc ponownie zarezerwowaliśmy stolik w tym miejscu, co było fantastyczne. Na pewno zatrzymam się tu ponownie, gdy następnym razem będę w Hangzhou.”

A cozy hotel in a picturesque village, that gives a feeling like you are staying at friends house. The rooms were clean, the owner lady is very welcoming and good hearted. It is a tea picking season, so the village is buzzing, but at night it becomes very quiet. A great place to relax in natural environment.

Our stay was fantastic! The host was kind and helpful. The rooms were amazing, everything was clean and child friendly. I will definitely be returning! The location is easily accessible with taxis. One suggestion: extra blankets, as it can get a little cold.

This place is located close to the West Lake and Hangzhou Silk Museum (highly recommend to visit). While public transport isn't that convenient, you can take a Didi to nearby metro stations. The room is small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a range of simple baozi, egg and soy bean milk. Highly recommend this place to stay for a few days of peace and quiet. There are a number of cafes around and beautiful scenery.

A bit of the distance to walk to xi hu but bus stop is just right infront of the hotel. Room is clean and nice. Toilet a bit small though. And hotel reception is very nice gave us a free upgrade

這次選的民宿出差途中的意外驚喜，兼具美景與高效服務的休憩所。來杭州洽談業務，特意選了離客户公司近的靈隱附近，阿蘭若民宿給了我很大驚喜。它並非傳統的酒店，但環境優雅寧靜，周邊50m左右就是靜謐的龍井茶田，非常利於工作後放松。網速很快，處理郵件很順暢。最要感謝的是店長小魏，當我急需打印一份合同而周邊找不到文印店時，他二話不説用自己的電腦和打印機幫我搞定，解了燃眉之急。他的高效和樂於助人，展現了這家民宿的專業與温度。強烈推薦給靈隱周邊住宿需求的朋友。下次還會再來。

Hotel location is near to metro stations, with many eatery outlets surroundings. Walking distance to West Lake Musical Fountain venue. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Thank you for allowing us to store our luggage before the room check-in time. Room size is spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Stayed for 2 nights en route to Shanghai. Location is absolutely fabulous, walking to temples (fei lai and Lingyin), cable car, easy and short bus routes to tea plantations and West Lake north shore. Whilst the place is characterful and better than a bog standard beige hotel, the rooms are a bit tired but perfectly setvicable. The young gentlemen on reception barely looked up when you went through and seemed keen to have as little contact with public as possible. Breakfast was tasty traditional Chinese with steamed buns, pickles and sweetcorn with vegetarian diet easily satisfied (Those who want western breakfasts may want to head into the village) Beware if you have heavy luggage, you reach the property from the main road up a flight of steps.

Staying here was an incredible experience! It might be a little bit more expensive than normal hotels in china but I think it's worth it. The room was really cozy, the toilets were amazing (heated) and the view was breathtaking. The receptionist was also really patient and helpful with us. You can enjoy some tea at the terrace and it's really peaceful.
