The personal were always available to our needs, and always took care for our stay. The hotel has also a nice and excellent terrace restaurant, were we tasted an original and sophisticated Chinese 'cuisine'. As we are French, we specially appreciated !”

„For me who can't read chinesse, it't pretty difficult to find this hotel. Maybe you need to put a sign in english. And the owner bring me to Hangzhou police station to get permit stay eventough my document all clear. Over all, the room is pretty good just for sleep. And the most important one, it's pretty near to west lake with this budget.”

This stay was a great experience! The proprietress was warm and thoughtful, and gave meticulous care from check-in to check-out, making people feel at home. The room was clean and tidy, warmly decorated, and fully equipped, making it very comfortable to stay. The B&B has a superior geographical location, very close to the scenic area, and can be reached in a few minutes on foot, which is very convenient for sightseeing. Next time I come here to travel, I will definitely choose here again! Highly recommended to all friends!

We upgraded to a room at level 3 for a nominal fee and love the views! Le hub was impressed with the Kohler fittings. I was charmed by the service staff including the friendly “housekeeper” (dog). The patient innkeeper shared many recommendations over WeChat, as did the security guard. We’d definitely be back! Oh ya, the room is perfect for sunrise shots!

Pokój był absolutnie zachwycający, a otoczenie fantastyczne! Mała huśtawka była niesamowicie relaksująca, a otaczająca zieleń cicha i chłodna. Zatrzymaliśmy się na dachu, a nocą mogliśmy podziwiać niebo i góry z małego balkonu, który również był udekorowany drobnymi kwiatami. Do Muzeum Jedwabiu i Pagody Leifeng można było dojść spacerem. Gorąco polecam restaurację Lao Yang's Seven Bowls Noodles, położoną naprzeciwko Muzeum Jedwabiu. Makaron z węgorzem jest fantastyczny, a właściciel niezwykle miły. Z powodu tajfunu nasz pierwotny plan podróży uległ zmianie, więc ponownie zarezerwowaliśmy stolik w tym miejscu, co było fantastyczne. Na pewno zatrzymam się tu ponownie, gdy następnym razem będę w Hangzhou.

To mój drugi pobyt w Lazy Villa. Jestem pod ogromnym wrażeniem. Okolica jest elegancka i cicha, a obiekt znajduje się bardzo blisko malowniczego obszaru West Lake. Pokój jest bardzo ładny, czysty, ciepły i wygodny, o stylowym wystroju. Pościel jest czysta i higieniczna. Personel recepcji jest serdeczny i troskliwy. Goście czują się tu bardzo komfortowo i swobodnie. Na pewno wrócę następnym razem.

這次選的民宿出差途中的意外驚喜，兼具美景與高效服務的休憩所。來杭州洽談業務，特意選了離客户公司近的靈隱附近，阿蘭若民宿給了我很大驚喜。它並非傳統的酒店，但環境優雅寧靜，周邊50m左右就是靜謐的龍井茶田，非常利於工作後放松。網速很快，處理郵件很順暢。最要感謝的是店長小魏，當我急需打印一份合同而周邊找不到文印店時，他二話不説用自己的電腦和打印機幫我搞定，解了燃眉之急。他的高效和樂於助人，展現了這家民宿的專業與温度。強烈推薦給靈隱周邊住宿需求的朋友。下次還會再來。

Stayed for 2 nights en route to Shanghai. Location is absolutely fabulous, walking to temples (fei lai and Lingyin), cable car, easy and short bus routes to tea plantations and West Lake north shore. Whilst the place is characterful and better than a bog standard beige hotel, the rooms are a bit tired but perfectly setvicable. The young gentlemen on reception barely looked up when you went through and seemed keen to have as little contact with public as possible. Breakfast was tasty traditional Chinese with steamed buns, pickles and sweetcorn with vegetarian diet easily satisfied (Those who want western breakfasts may want to head into the village) Beware if you have heavy luggage, you reach the property from the main road up a flight of steps.
