Hotele z parkingiem w: St. Augustine

„The hotel is clean and very close to the main location, so you can just wall for about 7-10 minutes”

„GREAT location for beach goers!  Great price for those who want to spend their money doing things rather than the hotel. We’ve been there 4 years in a row for vacation!”

„El servicio muy bueno y todo muy limpio”

„The reception was friendly and informative. Housekeeper was nice. She asked if we needed our room refreshed. The location to St George Street wasn't too far of a walk. Just under a mile to cross the St John's River to reach Saint George street.”

„Hôtel simple situé à distance du centre ville, relié par une navette payante par jour chambre type motel disposant du minimum petit déjeuner : salle très simple mais tables en suffisance, repas basique industriel dans de la vaisselle jetable piscine présente, au milieu du parking proche voierie, avec eau chaude”

„First of all, I have no complaints about the hotel's interior facilities. The only thing that made me angry was the front desk staff who checked me in. He was a middle-aged white man. When I checked in, I noticed that the final payment amount was different from what the third-party platform had originally quoted. I asked him if there had been a mistake and mentioned the amount I should pay (my tone was polite and not offensive at all). Suddenly, his attitude changed, and he said, ”I don't care. You have to pay the amount shown in our hotel system. If you're not ready to pay, then step aside—there are other guests waiting. Don't argue with me.,take it up with the third-party platform.” His attitude was extremely rude, and I became anxious. After going back and forth for few minutes, I suggested paying first and asked if I could pay in cash. He refused, saying I had to pay by card. I became even more frustrated but eventually compromised and paid by card. Then he started being difficult again, claiming there was a problem with the computer and that even the final payment couldn't be processed at the moment, so he couldn't check me in. I was very hungry at the time and just wanted to check in quickly, drop off my luggage, and go eat. His stalling felt intentional, as if he was deliberately delaying my check-in. By then, 20 minutes had passed since I arrived at the hotel. I had no choice but to leave my luggage in the lobby, eat first, and then return to check in. An hour later, I came back to the front desk, but no one was there to assist me. I noticed him resting in a small room next to the desk and called him out. When it was time to pay, I asked again if I could pay in cash, and this time, he actually allowed it (absurd). I asked him to provide a receipt for the final payment so I could inquire with the third-party platform about the discrepancy in the amount. He became very impatient and told me he couldn't give me a receipt of what I paid, only allowing me to take a photo of a piece of paper that didn't even specify what the charge was for. I was really speechless—this was the worst front desk service I had ever experienced. The next day, the front desk staff was a Mexican boy, and his attitude was completely different. I guess I was just unlucky.”

„We stayed in room 9. It’s a strange small layout. The sitting/living room was too small for the big screen TV ,so we stayed in the bedroom wich had its own TV. The bed was great, very comfy. The bathroom is about the size of an RV bathroom. The toilet is very low. Folks with bad knees or issues standing will have problems getting upThere is”

„The staff at Comfort Suites were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and I loved that there was a separate lounge area. Breakfast was also included and there was a decent range of food. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend”

„The hygiene standards were terrible. The bathroom barely looked cleaned, and the AC reeked of mold, which kept me up all night. I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won't be returning.”
