一般是不評價的，但是入住體驗非常不錯。首先是老闆，真的很細心，提前就詢問我們各種，知道我們是自駕並且開電車，提前把自己的車堵在充電口停車位以防別人來停，周邊車位緊張的情況下我們到了也能立馬停車。其次房間，我們訂的套房，看圖片其中一個房間本以為會很小，但是兩間都很大，並且衞生環境設施真的無可挑剔，百分之90商家客房圖片都會貨不對版，但他們家真的很真實。最後來説位置和服務，位置出街就是一整條小吃街，想吃什麼都有了，離南門很近，其次老闆人很好，很細心，我們聊的很投機，知道我的愛好後還給送了對我來説很珍貴的禮物。兩衹小貓也真的很好擼。總之鎖死。沒得挑。

Service was fantastic, the host was superb! Place was clean, convenient, and included all that one could need on a vacation. In the heart of Ancient Dali, this was perfect for food, entertainment, and shopping. It is also minutes away from the famous Cangshan mountain, and the host is very considerate in assisting you with any arrangement you'd like, including cabs for railway and airport transportation. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the room matched exactly the photos that are on the site. Very often this is not the case. So, all in all it was a very pleasant experience at this location. Would definitely stay again and certainly would recommend this to anyone travelling to Dali. As a single female, I found this place to be very safe...especially with a considerate host, who looks out for you!

The guest house owners were very initiative. They picked us up from the Dali Railway station. The rooms were clean. Since there are 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a big room and a smaller room joined together with 2 large beds. The view was amazing. Upon arrival, it was 4.45pm, and we asked for recommendations of where to eat. However, since it's neither dinner nor lunch time, the owner Mr Hao suggested that we eat in the guesthouse itself. The guest house auntie cooked for us the best rice noodles that we have eaten so far. Springy white noodles in a bowl of hot flavourful broth. My kids slurped it all up and polished the whole big bowl. When we asked for recommendations on local eating places, Mr Hao gave us a whole list of his specially curated food places, which we managed to try 2 of them. And indeed they were good. The downside was that there were no coffee or tea sachets in the room. But they said they will make it for us and can send it to our rooms. They mentioned that they have a tea room. And so we enjoyed the 2 types of brewed puer tea while Mr Hao explained a little about the tea. Personally, I feel that since they have a special tea room to enjoy tea, sending sachet or tea bags would be inappropriate and a disrespect to the art of enjoying Puer tea. Location wise, it has a good view of the lake. And it's quiet. It's not exactly near the old town but we took a taxi (20 mins) to the old town. Thankfully, we didn't stay at the old town as it's way too crowded, and we felt it's a tourist trap. However, near the guest house, there were many highly recommended restaurants. The guest house has a dining area on the 1st floor. One thing that I really enjoyed about this place is the dining area. The lady that cooked the meal for us looked like a typical chinese grandma (which reminded me of my late grandma) that she cooked the food so deliciously with passion. While we had our breakfast she would sit at another table, she wasnt staring , just casually sitting while browsing her phone or ensuring we finish our food but her presence reminded me of when my late grandma would sit and watch us eat to ensure we have no leftovers. Lol. It was an oddly familiar and nostalgic feeling that we laughed about. But we do get the homey feel, which we really liked. The guest house also had a laundry room for guests to use. The guest house owners were very initiative, friendly, and helpful. Anything we need, we just let Mr Hao know, and he would reply. He even offered to send us back to the highway station. It's definitely highly recommended. And I would ask my friends that should they come to Dali, they should stay in this place. It's just perfect for us.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a truly wonderful stay at Dali Spirited Away Panoramic Sea View Guesthouse. The caretaker/manager was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the start. I’m especially thankful for his help in contacting my DiDi driver to retrieve my mobile phone that I accidentally left in the car — his assistance really went above and beyond. The room was great — clean, comfortable, and well maintained — and the panoramic Erhai Lake view was absolutely stunning, making the stay even more special. Waking up to such a beautiful view was a highlight of my trip. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Dali. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great views and excellent hospitality!

Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jest w porządku. Obiekt jest dość blisko starówki, a właściciel pensjonatu zapewnia transport w obie strony. Odległość od starówki jest również w sam raz – niezbyt głośno, więc jest dość cicho. Jednak w porównaniu z hotelem, choć wystrój wnętrza i elewacji pensjonatu jest całkiem przyjemny, to zdecydowanie różnią się one pod względem czystości i wyposażenia. Łazienka nie ma wpuszczonego progu, więc woda łatwo kapie na zewnątrz po prysznicu, powodując wilgoć. Widziałem nawet małe, wilgotne owady, korzystając z toalety w nocy. Na ścianach było też trochę graffiti. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jest do przyjęcia; jeśli nie masz szczególnie wygórowanych oczekiwań co do hotelu, to dobry wybór.

The interior combines traditional features with modern accents, creating a warm, aesthetic atmosphere—exactly what you'd expect from a quality boutique hotel. True to its name ”Seaview Courtyard,” the lake views are spectacular, especially during sunset. The peaceful location lets you enjoy the tranquility of Erhai and the changing colors of the sky right from the hotel. I cannot recommend Sunyata Homestay in Dali enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was more than just a place to stay—it was an experience of genuine warmth and care. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a serene escape after long days of exploring. The afternoon tea and breakfast they served were nothing short of extraordinary. I’ve stayed in multiple 4-5 star hotels across China over the past month, but the gourmet food here easily surpassed them all. Every bite was thoughtfully prepared, leaving me in awe of the flavors and quality. The location of Sunyata Homestay is also perfect. It’s just far enough from the bustling crowds to remain peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to Dali Ancient City that it’s only a few steps away from great eateries and the heart of the ancient town. The balance is ideal for anyone seeking convenience without sacrificing tranquility. A special shout-out to the young lady working in the coffee shop up front—her coffee is unparalleled! My husband, who is a daily coffee drinker and rarely impressed, couldn’t stop raving about her brews. It was, hands down, the best coffee we had during our travels. The staff here deserve every bit of praise. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. However, what truly sets Sunyata apart is the incredible owner. My father had a bad accident in Dali on a rainy day, and I can honestly say I don’t know what I would have done without his support. Despite my limited Mandarin, he spent an entire day accompanying me to the hospital, ensuring we were well cared for and understood. The next day, he went out of his way to pick up the CT scans for us. His kindness and compassion left me speechless. The owner’s dedication to his guests is reflected in his amazing team, all of whom go above and beyond. Without his help, I would have had to cut my trip to China short. Instead, he turned a difficult situation into one where we felt supported and cared for like family. Sunyata Homestay is truly one of a kind, and I will forever be grateful for their hospitality. This is not just a place to stay; it’s a haven of comfort, care, and culinary delights. Thank you, Sunyata, for everything!

I give 100/100 for the hospitality. The host was very friendly and was ready to help with anything. They also gave us lots of free snacks and hot drinks. Room was spacious, suitable for family. The cleanliness was top tier, with plenty of amenities provided. We have a 3 years old with us, the host was so kind to provide us kids toothbrush and slippers. The location was also very convenient. Only 3-4 mins walk to the gate of Dali Ancient City. Overall, this hotel was very recommended to the fellow tourists like us :)

一般很少點評一家名宿，希望我的評論對陌生的你有所參考幫助。在這次的雲南之旅中，在茫茫多的客棧中，選擇了入住位於古城的“迷林”民宿，距離玉洱路僅十多米遠的巷子裏，位置便利且環境寧靜。步入房間，寬敞明亮且整潔無瑕，配備的智能設備一應俱全。此外，民宿還有熱情的老闆娘、愛發呆的小哥、靦腆的茶藝師，早上大家聚坐在小院評茶談趣，晚上遊玩歸來後，再次相聚小院把酒言歡。特別提醒，老闆娘的酒量“量如洱海”🤭。

Waking up to a soft sunrise view here was the perfect way to start the day. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing—such a great spot to just chill and unwind. The service was genuinely good, with friendly staff that made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was super comfortable, with a big, cozy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. If you’re looking for a calm getaway with good vibes, this place is definitely worth it.
