The toiletries provided were also below expectations in terms of quality. Overall, the hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and efficient service, but improvements in room comfort, breakfast, and amenities would make the experience much better.

It was great to stay at Uttara Merino, especially the hospitality of the staff was amazing. However, the bathroom needs to be cleaned more.

I stayed for three nights. The nights were very quiet. The hotel is very nice, surrounded by affluent neighborhoods, perfect for evening walks. It's also close to the airport, and the owner provided shuttle service. He was very welcoming. Drinks and water were plentiful. The service was excellent. During meals, I was able to chat with other Chinese guests, which made me feel like I was back home. It was a great experience.

The room cleanliness was acceptable—okay overall, but there is room for improvement in terms of maintenance and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. Staff responsiveness and support were quite limited, which affected the overall experience. The facilities were also below average; they felt outdated and lacked some basic comforts that travelers usually expect. Overall, this hotel may be suitable if location is your top priority, but improvements in service quality and facilities would make a big difference. This stay was as a couple, and while the location worked well, the overall experience was mixed.
