4-Star hotele w: Osaka Prefecture, Japan

What we found especially charming was that all the amenities were displayed in the lobby and were free for guests to take. They had everything you could possibly need—even face masks, which was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere felt more like a modern student accommodation than a traditional hotel, which we really enjoyed. The staff were friendly, the rooftop bar was fantastic, and bike rentals were available. They also had a cafeteria-style common area with a coffee machine, microwaves, and water dispensers, making it the perfect place to enjoy food from the convenience store. Overall, it was a 10/10 stay, and we'd happily stay here again.

The best choice for an early morning flight to Kansai Airport! Even though OMO5 has newly opened in Rinku Town, I still exclusively love Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport! The rooms are spacious enough, and the bedding is comfortable. Especially the shower, the water pressure is strong and the water temperature is perfect, much better than most hotels! This time, I also happened to be there during Japan's Silver Week and tried the wagyu shabu-shabu on the 52nd floor, which was very satisfying! Nearby, there's a large drug store (with an auntie from Shanghai working there), a large supermarket, and you can also visit the most beautiful seaside outlet in Kansai. It couldn't be any better!

This was my first trip to Japan with my child, and I spent a long time looking for a triple room close to Nihonbashi. The hotel is perfect for young people who enjoy nightlife, as it's surrounded by clubs and bars. It's also ideal for first-time visitors to Osaka and young people who love shopping. There are also many anime/manga stores and bookstores nearby, so my child enjoyed it too. Overall, it's very convenient for dining and shopping. Although the hotel is small, it's very clean and has bathtubs in the rooms. Compared to Hong Kong hotels, which are also known for being small, this one is significantly better. The only downside is that the hotel's breakfast was a bit... indescribable, so you might want to skip booking breakfast.

The location is fantastic, right outside the JR station and a 5-minute walk from Universal Studios Japan's entrance. There's a convenience store and shops downstairs – a perfect choice. We even went back to the hotel to rest when it got too hot at Universal Studios, then re-entered in the evening to continue the fun. After a long day of walking, a relaxing bath and soak at the top floor spa in the evening was exactly what we needed to unwind. Everything was perfect, except for the crowds – too many people at breakfast and in the showers.

Prime location. Eateries and shopping near hotel. Hotel room lighting is dimmed in comparison to other hotel. The lift and walkway is dimmed. There's no closet in the room however few hangers were provided. The sink is in the room and not in the bathroom.There's a washing machine which has a loud chime, which might disturb your sleep if it was used at night. Check in was fast however I was not informed on the welcome drinks and free amenities during checked in. So it was missed out. There was a picture frame hung on top of one of the bed which i felt that it was inappropriate, and posed as a safety hazard to the one sleeping underneath the picture frame. Another consideration for friends sharing twin room as there was no privacy due to shower area has no hook or shelf to place clothing. So basically have to change out in the room or in the toilet. Room size is good for big luggages for a twin sharing room. Overall, still a good option as the location is fantastic! Clean and quiet rooms too.

The location of the hotel is not centralised but still good enough for most of the tourist places, very near to 2 subway stations! The staff is extremely helpful, I have requested to send my big luggage to Tokyo, the staff is extremely kind and thoughtful, she helped me to settle everything and call the Tokyo hotel for Thé arrangement. It only cost me 3,060 JPY for a big luggage and save all my hassle since I will go to Wakayama first! Really appreciate the support and help!

Spa World Hotel are very good  I still here many times when I’m in Osaka Not only can stay well , room are very clean  Breakfast very delicious, and also can joining Spa here  Spa are very nice experience and big  Next month I will come again

This was my first trip to Osaka, and staying at this hotel made the experience even more memorable. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions I had. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping the room spotless and neatly organized. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail and the care shown by the staff. I even left a tip for housekeeping, but they kindly did not take it, which showed their professionalism and dedication to providing great service without expecting anything in return. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the hospitality and excellent service. If I visit Osaka again in the future, I will definitely book this hotel again and will gladly recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you for making my first Osaka trip such a wonderful experience!

If you love exploring towns on foot, this place is a perfect fit for you. I had already visited Osaka Castle and the Dotonbori River before, so this time I wanted to explore a new area. The Tennoji area, which is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, has many attractions. For example, there's Tsutenkaku (a tower with an observation deck), and the Shinsekai area, which is full of local shops and gives you the feeling of stepping back in time to 40 or 50 years ago. Right next to these areas, there’s a large park that includes a zoo, a museum, and a historical mansion built in the Edo period. Shrines and temples can be found all around as well. The hotel is in a convenient location for walking around these spots. Since the hotel has a Buddhist theme, the interior isn’t luxurious, but it’s neat and clean. The room I stayed in (a superior single) had everything I needed. If you’re traveling with a large suitcase for a week-long trip, you might find it a bit tight to open it fully in the room, but it's spacious enough for 2–3 days' worth of luggage. It was also quiet at night. They provide many free amenities in the room, such as sandals for areas outside the tatami(green in the room photoes) space, a pair of socks, tea bags, a bottle of water, a toothbrush, and more. If you go out at night, note that the entrance door closes at 11 p.m., but you can still enter by tapping your room key on the reader next to the door. However, there is no front desk staff available late at night. I actually wanted to ask about a machine in the room (maybe an air purifier or humidifier) around 11 p.m., and tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. I hope they consider having at least one night staff member available. That was the only point I thought could be improved. As I didn’t add the (vegetarian) breakfast option, I bought some food near Ebisucho Station and kept it in the fridge in my room. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, and delis that stay open late, so you won’t have any trouble finding food. After checking out in the morning, I left my luggage at the hotel and walked to a café about 10 minutes away. I planned to explore the area afterward. I expected cooler weather because it was cloudy, so I wore a long-sleeved shirt, but it got warmer than expected. I decided to go back to the hotel to change clothes. The front desk staff was very kind and showed me to a large restroom where I could take off my shoes and put stuffs— very helpful! Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends when they visit Osaka.

This hotel is super convenient, located right above Yodobashi Camera near Umeda Station, which is always bustling with people. The room amenities are great, with a nice wet/dry bathroom separation. I was given a room on the 25th floor with a pretty good view. The hotel is massive, with 4 sets of elevators. You take one from the ground floor to the 9th-floor lobby, and then transfer to another set of hotel elevators from the 9th floor. You rarely have to wait long. The laundry room has many washing machines, almost always full, but it's really convenient that you can check the laundry room's usage and remaining time through the TV in your room. The 25th-floor view is nice. I didn't try breakfast. Overall, it's pretty great! 👍🏻
