„We had a great time staying here, we had a room with the downstairs bath room which is a unique in design in the old house, love the warm floor in the winter time and love the experience that going up and downs when going to washroom, it was fun! The hotel atmosphere are great and making us feeling like home from the very sec the auntie pick up from the ShuHe old town north gate, to the receptionist introduce the hotel and its culture at the reception bar which has a nice set up with free tea, fruit and home made cake provided. Love the “heart” from the Singapore lady owner to establish and own the place, it is a 情怀 instead of a place run for $$$, the room diary is an awesome gem, feeling blessed to know who else in the word had ever stay in the same room and their stories, made me can’t stop to leave something too. the 3 night stay here made me an unique experience in this trip, love it and will come back again. Please continue to share the heart and love in this place till we r back again :)”

What impressed us most was the amazing team behind the hotel. From the front desk, to the activity organisers, to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive. Her care and attention to detail made us feel reassured even before we arrived, and we really appreciated all the effort she put in to make our stay so well arranged. Another highlight was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many enjoyable activities for children, especially the animal feeding sessions and campfire dancing. Our child enjoyed them so much, and seeing her so happy made the stay even more meaningful for us. The fact that she is already asking to come back says everything. Breakfast was also a wonderful part of our stay. There was a good variety, the food was enjoyable, and the setting was beautiful. Starting each morning with the peaceful view of the lake and mountains made the experience even more special. This hotel truly raised our expectations of what a great and luxurious hotel should be. It is not only a beautiful property, but also a place made special by a team that brings so much warmth, care, and dedication to every guest’s stay. „I genuinely recommend this hotel! It's super close to Heilongtan Park, about a three-minute walk. If you want to see the reflection of the snow-capped mountains or get to the classic photo spots, staying here is incredibly convenient – no need to rush in the morning. The absolute best part is that you can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from your room! It's fantastic [strong]. The hotel itself is also very quiet, parking is easy, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The value for money is truly excellent.”

„I requested to get a special decoration for our wedding anniversary and granted. By far, this hotel really serve anything you can’t ever imagine, the facilities and the trivial things you never know you’ll need.. they’re so detail and generous too. I would say this hotel is like a Doraemon pocket in a very big scale! They provide free laundry as well, but, sadly, ruined my jeans 🥲 so I hope next time they take care of it better. The restaurant and food they serve was nice too. I recommend everyone to stay here”

„Fantastic hotel which is less than 10 mins walk away from the north end of the ancient city. Only 30mins by didi from the train station. The north end of the ancient city is also the busier and prettier part of the ancient city. Around the hotel are many eateries. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the facilities are new and good quality, even the room with the washing machines and dryers is nice. The courtyard is peaceful and relaxing from the bustle of the ancient city. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed with smart lighting and very clean with humidifiers and air con. The breakfast buffet has a good spread of western and local cuisine with a fresh noodle bar and fried egg station. Best of all is the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff especially 和小姐 at the front desk who was very thoughtful and paying attention to small details to make this a great stay. Having travelled frequently for business and leisure, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Highly recommended.”

„Lokalizacja jest idealna! Ukryty na zboczach Lwiej Góry, zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od tętniącego życiem starożytnego miasta. Po zwiedzeniu ulicy Sifang i rezydencji Mu Mansion można od razu powrócić do ciszy i spokoju. Ten spokój pośród zgiełku jest naprawdę rzadki. Widok jest naprawdę oszałamiający. Po otwarciu okna, oczom ukazuje się Śnieżna Góra Jade Dragon, a leżąc w łóżku, można podziwiać panoramę. Poranne słońce świeciło nad Złotą Górą – widok zapierający dech w piersiach. Każde okno przypomina żywy obraz. Detale pokoju mnie urzekły! Cały pokój zachwyca bogatym, naturalnym wykończeniem z drewna, a markowy materac jest tak miękki, że zasnęłam natychmiast, całkowicie uwalniając się od zmęczenia podróżą. Łazienka była prawdziwą rozkoszą – wyposażona w toaletę Duravit, armaturę Hansgrohe i suszarkę do włosów Dyson – wyposażenie dorównujące standardom hoteli z gwiazdkami. Nawet fugi są tak białe, że lśnią, a czystość jest nieskazitelna. Ogrzewanie podłogowe działa całą noc zimą, zapewniając suchość, a hotel oferuje nawet nawilżacz powietrza – prawdziwa gratka dla miłośników detali! Obsługa była niezwykle serdeczna! Po dokonaniu rezerwacji, kamerdyner skontaktował się z nami z wyprzedzeniem, aby zorganizować bezpłatny transfer z lotniska, zaoferował nawet pomoc w zniesieniu bagażu i wręczył talerz świeżych owoców podczas zameldowania. Co więcej, kamerdyner był niczym lokalny ekspert, skrupulatnie planując wszystko – od wskazówek, jak unikać pułapek na Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, po najlepsze miejsca do fotografowania w Blue Moon Valley i rekomendacje restauracji Mushroom Feast. Nie było potrzeby nocnego szukania informacji. Pomieszczenia ogólnodostępne to prawdziwa kopalnia skarbów! Duży taras widokowy szczyci się huśtawką w kształcie szklanej kuli i drabiną do nieba, dzięki czemu każde zdjęcie staje się viralowym postem na Instagramie. Po południu można zamówić filiżankę drobnoziarnistej kawy z Yunnanu w malowniczej kawiarni, do której można zamówić wykwintne przekąski, i podziwiać ośnieżone szczyty gór. Słońce kąpało mnie w promieniach słońca, a czas zdawał się zwalniać. Na dziedzińcu było też kilka pulchnych kotów i króliczków. Głaskanie moich futrzanych towarzyszy i podziwianie krajobrazu było naprawdę relaksujące. Od udogodnień, przez obsługę, po krajobrazy, Shannianowi nie można nic zarzucić. To coś więcej niż zwykły pobyt, to raczej wciągające i uzdrawiające doświadczenie. Obowiązkowy punkt programu w Lijiang!”

„The hotel has well-trained and excellent service staff especially Ms Emma Bai who attended to us and was attentive to all our needs during our stay. Apart from the great service, the hotel’s breakfast was top notch and its good location afforded easy access to the famous Lijiang ancient city via its back gate. Just two observations for the hotel’s consideration. One is related to the TV programmes. There are limited foreign channels and I could not watch all of them as the images on the channels would freeze and the volume became inaudible. This problem also affected a number of local Chinese channels as well. Second, the toilet extractor in the room did not seem to be working. I did not raise these issues during my stay as we spent the majority of our time outside the hotel. For future reference, it would be good if the rooms are checked before they are assigned. Other than these two issues, the overall stay at the hotel was near perfect. I would like to add that this hotel has a magnificent view of the jade snow dragon mountain especially from the coffee lounge in the lobby area (see picture).”

„This time I came to Lijiang, I really chose Songyu Yangcuo. As soon as I entered the door, I was warmed to the teak beams, Tibetan blankets, and Tangka. There were details everywhere and it was very tasteful. , The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, the soundproofing was good, and I slept very peacefully at night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient, and the toiletries are also attentive. The boss and the housekeeper are super enthusiastic. They contacted in advance to help with the luggage. They also gave a lot of local play and food suggestions, as intimate as friends. , The yard is very comfortable, sunbathing during the day and watching the stars at night, especially healing. , The whole experience is full, clean, warm and human. I want to live quietly and distinctively in Lijiang. I highly recommend Songyu Yangcuo. I will stay here next time!”

„The service from the staff are exceptional - they are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is also pet friendly, have self service laundry area, and a few exercise machines. Throughout our 16 days travel in Yunnan, it is one of the few hotels that we actually stayed inside the hotel just to enjoy the vistas and amenities (eg. Voice enabled services, 100-inch projector screen, painting of thangkra, etc). During winter, the morming sun will cast its golden glow on the peak of Yulong Snow Mountain, which is a sight to behold. There is milk provided for the night, which is a nice touch for chilly nights. The breakfast spread was delicious and has good variety with a live cooking station for noodles. It is within walking distance to the Shuhe Ancient Town, and the hotel can also provide shuttle service to Shuhe. It is less crowded compared to Lijiang Ancient Town and Baisha Town. Other nearby attractions include Lashihai Wetland Park and the Black Dragon pool. Overall, Mixue is highly recommended for an enjoyable stay!”
