„The location is just fine for seeing museums, it’s just for eating options (including supermarkets) that it’s a bit out of the way. Microwave and vending machines on the ground floor. It’s a good value and glad I picked this for my 3 night stay. I didn’t try the breakfast since it looked like it might be fully booked from the sign but I might have been misunderstanding what it was saying.”

„It was my first experience of Japanese hot springs and I enjoyed it a lot. First of all, I'd like to thank a male staff who met me during check-in. He welcomed me warmly, explained all the details of my stay and helped to carry my bag to the room. Unfortunately, the female personnel wasn't that much friendly the next day when I asked for some help with my luggage. The rooms have a splendid view of a forest and a river, old style Japanese but with some modern facilities. The meal aren't a traditional Ryokan type but are still quite enjoyable with sushi and wagyu beef as a starter. In general, I can say it's a mix of traditional Japanese and moredn western style hotel in one. If you're lucky and avoid the days when the hotel is crowded you'd be able to enjoy the river view from the onsed in quiet. Unfortunately, the water in the outdoor wasn't as clear as I expected. But the rest was just amazing.”

„Overall was a good experience and nice environment, food was good. Improvement:- It will be good to have buggy service for customers regardless of time as some of us may have big and many luggages to carry by hand to the room. It will be better to have more different variety and choice of dinner food the next day,  as we were dining two days with almost same food.”

Their command of the English language was commendable, and even those who were not entirely fluent went above and beyond to cater to our every whim and need. Their genuine desire to assist us was palpable, leaving us feeling truly valued and cared for. I am already making plans to return with my beloved family, as I know they too deserve to bask in the unparalleled warmth and luxury that this establishment exudes. This hotel has set the bar impossibly high, redefining the meaning of hospitality and creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. So if you seek a hotel experience that transcends mere accommodation and transforms into a symphony of opulence, impeccable service, and culinary artistry, then look no further. „Comfy bed, large and clean room. Have common areas like shared kitchen at the residence. The residence is located next to the main block of the hotel. You have to walk outside for ~2min to travel to the main block if you would like to enjoy the hot spring / play at the game room / exchange for new towels. Hot spring is nice, with indoor and outdoor areas. The outdoor one is with stunning sea view. There are snooker, table tennis, and other games in the game room for all guests.”

„価格が安く、和歌山市駅からも和歌山駅からも同じ距離だったので予約しました。歩いたら思ったよりも遠かったので、駅からバスを利用するのをおすすめします。シングルでの予約でしたが、部屋がとても広く、ベッドが２つありました。アメニティは最低限ですが、部屋に電子レンジがあったのが良かったです。朝食付きにして、お弁当のようなものが用意されていました。”
