I had a wonderful stay at Family Inn! The entire place was very clean, and the room was kept in excellent condition throughout my visit. The location is perfect—easy to get around, with convenient access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The service was especially impressive. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even better. Amenities were simple but well-maintained, and everything in the room worked perfectly. I stayed with friends, and we all felt comfortable and welcomed.

Its located close to very large traditional market in Macau. The rooms are meticulously clean and well maintained. The ladies or the owner at the lobby are exceptionally kind for Macau standards

Lokalizacja jest dogodna. Hotel położony jest przy ulicy 5 Października. Jest to bardzo dogodna lokalizacja dla restauracji i sklepów.

Wszystko jest w porządku, zwłaszcza łóżko, łazienka i lokalizacja. Mogę przejść jakieś 500 m, żeby skorzystać z bezpłatnego transferu do i z HZMB. Hotel i pokoje znajdują się na trzecim piętrze i nie ma windy, ale dla mnie jest w porządku.

When I arrived, they said our room not ready due to the film producer haven't checked out. Room only available 6pm. They are very polite and said will give discounts for my stay. It's cool when I return at 6pm so they made us ginger tea Good location, recommended for those prefer not crowded.

Only two skinny pillows with paper disposable covers on a double bed - no towels just thin paper disposables - no coffee or mugs or spoon despite a kettle / no safe / no mini fridge / the tiniest TV ever - it may have been freshly re finished but it’s not a hotel … it could be so much better considering it’s great location - guess profit got in the way ….

It is my first time to book through trip.com and i will rate 5 star for our trip.Happy Family Hotel or Hotel Familia Feliz is in good location,walking distance to Ruins of St Paul, Cathedral of the Nativity of our Lady, St Dominic etc…. As well to senado square to Casino’s it is at the back of Lisboa Casino Hotel very accessible to buses, the room is small but it is very clean, the front desk is english speaking,they are filipino even chinese front desk can speak english they have wifi and some complimentary water,you can make your coffee they provide electric kettle in every room,what i really like is the elevator, it can wait long time even with out pressing the button,plus the staff or fronk desk very polite and approachable, Mr Sraul filipino front desk even help us to get taxi outside,when we go back to Macau airport,we check out early and left our luggage at the front desk during our last day,since our flight is 19:00 Pm we got back around past 15:00 Pm,i recommend this Hotel to those who want cheaper hotel ,more power to Hotel Familia Feliz hope we can go back soon i will bring my family

Lokalizacja nie jest zła, na poboczu drogi jest trochę jedzenia. Cena jest stosunkowo ok, trochę drogo. Domy w pobliżu ulicy są trochę głośne. Ogólna powierzchnia jest również w porządku.

Właścicielka z córką były bardzo uprzejme i entuzjastycznie reagowały na pytania o drogę. Hotel znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, bardzo blisko ruin kościoła św. Pawła, muzeum i fortu. Na pewno odwiedzę go ponownie następnym razem jedź do Makau.
