Hotel service was exceptional, flowers were prepared for our anniversary celebration. Hotel room and swimming pool were modern and clean. Highly recommend this hotel. One minor flaw was the pillow were too soft.

It has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point. I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

Stayed for 3 days 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay very much! Everyone so friendly and helpful in Andalusia most specially Rea and Shuai who assisted us with our luggage. We enjoyed the lounge also and the water park in galaxy! Hotel room quite clean and spacious! Housekeeping very polite.

We chose W Hotel Macau as we heard the breakfast was great. It actually amazed me with both quality and quantity. Different style of cuisine could be found and we loved most of the food we picked. Moreover, huge thanks to their staff Brian and Hazel with the room upgrade. The mega room was insane. The terrace was more like a space for party where you could enjoy the view of Macau from top of the building while having fun with friends. Also the service from Jimmy when I was checking out was also brilliant. Overall, it is absolutely a place I will stay again in the future.

Spacious and very comfortable room like an apartment with dining area, living room, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in closet area. The room was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was fine but still very convenient. 房間很大，有一大一小兩個廳，一個大更衣室，獨立廁所、獨立的淋浴間跟浴缸。飯店服務很好，酒店地點雖較偏，不過還是很方便。

We had a great stay at House of Art Macau. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven just a short walk away, which was very convenient. The hotel is also close to the airport, and transportation was easy; there are buses that run directly between the airport and the hotel, making arrival and departure easy. The amenities provided were nice and full-sized, which I really appreciated, and the surrounding area felt very safe throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Macau and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was amazing, nicely decorated, confortable and very quiet. The hotel is close to the metro station as well as several bus stops that take you anywhere, whether on the Peninsula, in Taipa, Coloane or Cotai. The room is cleaned every day, and the supplies are replenished. The staff is very kind and helpful.

The walls are thin. You can hear the snore of the guests behind the walls and in the corridor. On the third day of my stay, a family with kids checked in to the connecting next door. The kids kept turning and turning and turning the connecting door knob violently for a few minutes and the parents didn’t stop them. Terrible service of the waitress at the restaurant. Poor communication skill and offensive manner. When I asked for the bill and placed my credit card on my dining table — and I didn’t say anything else — her first response was “No discount!” I didn’t ask for any discount. She asked me “Are you our hotel guest?” I showed her my check out luggage storage tag and said “I am. But I just checked out.” She responded grumpily, “No discount gah! You don’t have the room card!” I wouldn’t book with this resort anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to people who are looking for a quiet stay.

Zarezerwowałem pokój na 2 noce, a pani w recepcji była bardzo miła i entuzjastyczna. Aby zameldować się w hotelu, należy wpłacić depozyt, który może wynosić 500 RMB, dolary hongkońskie lub pataca z Makau. Pierwszego dnia pobytu zarezerwowałem podwójne łóżko. Na pościeli obu łóżek pozostały żółte plamy. Poprosiłem obsługę klienta hotelu o wymianę ich na nowe. Nie można było otworzyć drzwi do łazienki było zepsute. Drzwi do łazienki były zepsute. Z tyłu toalety znajdują się kosmyki włosów. Wszystkie powyższe oznaki świadczą o przeciętnej higienie. Wi-Fi w pokoju jest bardzo słabe. Nie mogę się z nim połączyć, leżąc na łóżku. Muszę korzystać z roamingu Wi-Fi w telefonie komórkowym. Nie wiem, czy to dlatego, że pokój, w którym mieszkałem, jest na boku, ale wrażenia są naprawdę przeciętne.
