Hotel service was exceptional, flowers were prepared for our anniversary celebration. Hotel room and swimming pool were modern and clean. Highly recommend this hotel. One minor flaw was the pillow were too soft.

It has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point. I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

This hotel is unforgettable for me! From entering the lobby, check-in, welcome gift,24H butler service, bed at night, low noise, inexhaustible bottled water, 24H free ice/hot milk, chocolate milk, capsule coffee, USB charging plug, exquisite bathroom supplies, shower room without overflow problems, comfortable mattress, very cold A/C, special surprise, check-out, they taken care of carefully. You must try their buffet. Make a reservation while you check-in, you will have a good prices. I would like to say thank you to lovely butler Ivy and Sarah. No one is more considerate than your service. Thank you for your lovely hand-painted cards, balloons and St. Regis Bear,.Which made my daughter has a very unforgettable trip in Macau. Dotarliśmy do W Hotel o 16:30 i powiedziano nam, że pokój na wyższym piętrze z widokiem na Parisian Tower będzie gotowy za 1,5 godziny. Podczas oczekiwania korzystaliśmy z krytego basenu i masażu ciała na 3/F. Pokój mnie nie zawiódł. Nowy i modny. Częstotliwość autobusów wahadłowych i miejsca odwożenia pasażerów muszą zostać ulepszone.

Spacious and very comfortable room like an apartment with dining area, living room, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in closet area. The room was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was fine but still very convenient. 房間很大，有一大一小兩個廳，一個大更衣室，獨立廁所、獨立的淋浴間跟浴缸。飯店服務很好，酒店地點雖較偏，不過還是很方便。

The walls are thin. You can hear the snore of the guests behind the walls and in the corridor. On the third day of my stay, a family with kids checked in to the connecting next door. The kids kept turning and turning and turning the connecting door knob violently for a few minutes and the parents didn’t stop them. Terrible service of the waitress at the restaurant. Poor communication skill and offensive manner. When I asked for the bill and placed my credit card on my dining table — and I didn’t say anything else — her first response was “No discount!” I didn’t ask for any discount. She asked me “Are you our hotel guest?” I showed her my check out luggage storage tag and said “I am. But I just checked out.” She responded grumpily, “No discount gah! You don’t have the room card!” I wouldn’t book with this resort anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to people who are looking for a quiet stay.

The free shuttle from Macau International Airport is very convenient to get to the hotel, and then to Taipa Ferry station on the way back when we had to leave. The room itself was spotless, zero complaints. When it comes to the breakfast, we have to choose between Angela's, Stanley's, and Signature Noodles. We didn't have the time to test out Angela's, but I would highly advise going for Stanley's and not Signature Noodles for breakfast, the latter I found a bit lackluster. Other than that, overall great value for money.

Hotel ma dobrą lokalizację. W pobliżu znajduje się wiele sklepów i restauracji. Blisko Fishermen's Wharf i kasyn. Do latarni morskiej można dojść spacerem pod górę w 20 minut. Byłem rozczarowany, że siłownia i basen nie były otwarte do 10:00 z powodu „obostrzeń związanych z COVID-19”. Nie rozumiem, jak ograniczenie godzin otwarcia, aby więcej osób miało krótszy czas korzystania z udogodnień, ma sens. Można by pomyśleć, że gdyby to było spowodowane obostrzeniami związanymi z COVID-19, hotel byłby otwarty przez dłuższy czas, aby zmniejszyć ryzyko przebywania tam z kimś innym. Personel był jednak bardzo miły i pomocny we wszystkich innych kwestiach.
