The rooms are incredibly luxurious, and the cleanliness and service are exceptionally professional. Every evening, the room is restocked with various delicious snacks and beverages. Check-in and check-out are super convenient, and they even offer full escort service all the way to the airport entrance. Without a doubt, I'll choose this place again for my next trip to Macau.”

„We brought our kids here to celebrate Children's Day. The hotel called me beforehand to inquire about our preferences and even decorated for the occasion, preparing numerous gifts for the children. The staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They also offered a complimentary breakfast at the Executive Lounge, and the food quality was outstanding. The changing rooms, located on the third floor, offer direct access to the Grand Resort Deck, where we spent two consecutive days. The facilities in the changing rooms were very upscale, comparable to a high-end spa in Shenzhen, complete with a sauna and steam room. During check-in, a staff member personally escorted me to the room and provided a detailed introduction, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, it was an exceptionally satisfying experience!”

„Stayed one night with mom on her birthday and it’s definitely a 5-star experience (5/5) at the Londoner. The guest relations team contacted me 2 days prior and message me on WhatsApp to share all the details I need and whenever I need help during my stay I also message them and they are super responsive and helpful. The room is beautifully designed with a fully stocked mini bar and all kind of amenities you need. One of the highlight is definitely the in-room foot massager - I spent an hour there to relax my feet after the long walk on the first day and please don’t forget to try on the bathrobe, it’s the best one I have ever tried! I most wanna take it home LOL! All in all, mom and I had a wonderful stay there with great F&B offerings and extraordinary services.”
