City Rise Hotel Miri – Spacious Room & Great Location The room was huge and spacious, although our double-bed room had no window. Unfortunately, there was a strong urine-like smell coming from the toilet when we first opened the room door, which was quite unpleasant. I also found some hair beside the bed, so cleanliness could definitely be improved. The basement parking is limited, and one annoying thing is that you need to check in first before you’re allowed to park in the basement. We were told not to park at the side of the lobby even just for a short while while checking in. We explained that we needed to check in first, but the security guard said the area was for police 😂. The security staff at the lobby could also have been more welcoming and friendly. During breakfast at Called Coffee Café, I found it quite funny that they didn’t have latte available. 😂 On the positive side, the location is very convenient, with plenty of places to eat nearby and easy access to Parkson and Imperial Mall. The breakfast selection was otherwise awesome, and the room itself was very spacious. Overall, the hotel has a great location and lots of potential, but there are some areas that could be improved, especially cleanliness, parking arrangements and customer service.

The room was okay, but the service was a bit lacking because they didn’t clearly mention which Jazz Suite it was. That info is important, especially for first-time guests. Overall, the hotel was good just hope they can provide clearer details next time about which suite to go to.

Excellent stay in Bintulu! Had a wonderful experience staying at Lihua Hotel Bintulu. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is highly convenient, making it easy to get around town. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. Will definitely come back again!

The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and check-in and check-out were very efficient, with no unnecessary waiting. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were well-maintained, hot water supply was stable, and the amenities were complete. The public areas were clean and elegant, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices that suited my taste. The only minor drawback was that the lighting by the window was a bit dim, but it didn't affect the overall experience. The value for money is quite high for this area. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I'm passing through, and I recommend it to friends who are traveling.

From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was smooth, pleasant, and highly satisfying. Throughout our stay, they were always ready to assist with directions and local recommendations, making us feel right at home.Dining & Room Service. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious. There was a good variety of options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our mornings. Additionally, we ordered room service during our stay. The food arrived hot, the delivery was prompt, and the service was executed with a great, polite attitude.Minor Issue Swiftly Resolved. The only minor hiccup we encountered was a slight drain smell in the bathroom upon arrival. However, as soon as we notified the staff, they took immediate action. The maintenance team settled the issue completely and efficiently, showing just how attentive and responsive the hotel management is to guest comfort.

Had a great stay at Hotel Dynasti Miri. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience very comfortable. The location is a big plus—right in the center of town, making it very convenient for getting around, especially for business travel. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone traveling for work. Highly recommended.

Stayed at Wiwo Hotel recently. Overall okay, but quite a few things can be improved. Cleanliness could be better, and the toilet had a bit of a smell. In the room, the TV couldn’t turn on, one of the bedside lamps wasn’t working, and we also couldn’t figure out how to switch on the light near the vanity mirror. Small things, but it did affect the stay a bit. Hopefully they can fix these issues for a better experience next time.
